Unser Zimmer war sehr gross, ebenso die Nasszellen.
WC und Bad sind getrennt.
Der Balkon bot eine schöne Sicht auf die Umgebung. Sehr ruhige Lage aber trotzdem im Zentrum.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war unter aller Erwartungen. Sehr kleine Auswahl, Fleisch war nicht frisch.

Bonne nuit passée lors d'une météo belle et agréable, avec nuit fraîche (heureusement).
Pros:

Hôtel simple, situé en plein centre d'Avenches. Literie confortable, point très important.
Les volets ne se ferment pas tous, mais cela a été suffisant au final. Début septembre, le soleil ne se lève plus trop tôt, et avec les rideaux, cela a été. Je suis assez sensible à la lumière et aux bruits pour bien dormir, et cet hôtel m'a convenu.
Le petit déjeuner, simple me suffit. Oeufs, fruits, fromage, tartine, croissant, c'est pas les immenses buffets des gros hôtels, mais franchement, cela suffit amplement. Capuccino fait maison à la demande, et pas sorti d'une machine en self-service, très appréciable, merci!

Cons:

Déco vieillotte, finitions , câbles TV et autres détails un peu faits à l'arrache. C'est un peu limite, et pas très beau, mais là encore, je ne viens pas dans des hôtels pour cela, mais pour bien dormir. Surtout quand c'est pour le travail. Mission accomplie.
A mon arrivée (tardive), la chambre était un peu chaude et humide. Après 2h toutes fenêtres ouvertes c'était parfait.
Cette nuit, il faisait bon dehors, ni trop froid, ni chaud. En revanche, je ne viendrai sûrement pas en période chaude, et en tous cas pas en période canicule. Pas de clim, nu de ventilation et plutôt humide. C'est le gros bémol à mon avis.
