Pros:

The location was good, the food was good enough if you are right at the begging of the breakfast or dinner.

Cons:

The cleanliness was bellow average, the rooms are very old and dirty. The walls are made from "paper", you can hear everything from the rooms up, down and from the sides. For me and my fiancé happened the same, just after we left the hotel, the telephone scams started calling us from abroad. And they did it many times (no evidence about it, was it related to the hotel or not, but maybe just coincidence). We asked the receptionist to come to our room because of a strange voice from the top, she promised to come, but.....

Un séjour très agréable dans cet hôtel ! L’accueil était chaleureux, la chambre propre et confortable, et le personnel toujours disponible et souriant. L’emplacement est idéal. Je recommande vivement cet établissement.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene penso di ritornarci Consigliato.
Pros:

Direi tutto ok colazione e cena ottimi ed abbondanti ogni sera musica Marocchina dal vivo con 2 musicisti molto bravi. Tutto ok camere spaziose in ordine e pulite ,compreso nella prenotazione ci hanno regalato 2 massaggi nella Spa bravo il personale addetto, molto bello l'ultimo piano dell'hotel dove vi era una piscina con sdraio per prendere il sole hotel, buono rapporto qualità prezzo, ottimo personale soprattutto alla reception gentili e molto disponibili,ci siamo trovati molto bene penso in un fututo prossimo di ritornarci Consigliato.

Cons:

Qualcosina di negativo.. la portafinestra della camera forse non è stata installata correttamente, rumore da fuori nonostante era chiusa,a fine cena ogni volta chiedevano di pagare il bere un po fastidioso!

A special thank you to the bellman, who was exceptionally kind and attentive. He handled our luggage with great care, explained everything clearly, and made our arrival smooth and stress-free. His positive attitude really set the tone for our stay.
I would also like to warmly thank Hasna from Guest Relations. She was extremely professional, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. Her kindness and dedication made us feel valued and truly cared for throughout our stay.
The overall service, cleanliness, and atmosphere were outstanding. You can clearly see that the entire team works together to create a comfortable and relaxing experience for their guests.
Highly recommended — we will definitely come back!

Un sans faute dans cet hôtel ! Le personnel est incroyablement gentil, poli et serviable; la chambre parfaite; le petit déjeuner très bien et l’emplacement plus qu’idéal !

Pros:

Hotellet lå godt, tæt på offentlig transport og i gåafstand fra Medinaen. Stort værelse med jacuzzi og opvarmning.
Rigtig god spa med massage og hammam.
Sol og tagterrasse var stor og havde flot bjergudsigt

Cons:

Restauranten var ikke opvarmet og alt for kold.
Støj fra vejen trods det, at værelset lå på 3. sal.

Pros:

Os funcionários foram muito simpáticos, a limpeza do quarto era muito boa.
Disponibilidade dos funcionários para ajudar.
A opção de jantar buffet incluido era óptima.
Só pena de não podermos acompanhar o jantar com um vinho ou uma cerveja mas compreendemos a cultura de não haver álcool no hotel.
