Pros:

Breakfast was very nice and restaurant in general, we were there also one evening buffet and top 🤩
Super friendly staff that helped us with everything we needed
Comfortable and big room with balcony
Nice and safe neighbourhood
Very efficient swimming pool in warm days

Cons:

Spa zone is beautiful but quality of service we had not that much, ordered traditional Hammam for 30 minutes, after 10-15 minutes of poor scrubbing they moved us to relax zone and that was it. Btw we anyway could relax because they were very loud talking and laughing on the reception. Not worth the price

Hotel cómodo alejado de lo turístico
Pros:

Hasna y su compañera de recepción Nos dieron muchas facilidades al llegar puesto que la habitación nos la dieron antes de lo previsto. Muy amables y serviciales

Cons:

El único “pero” fue que se olvidaron de hacerme la habitación 1 día, debido a un malentendido

Le personnel pas très accueillant
La dame du spa nous a carrément snobé....alors qu'on voulait juste rester sur place pour le hammam au lieu d'aller en ville

Cons:

Kamers zijn heel gehorig, veel geluid van straat, van de airco en ook van de gang. Zwembad gaat vroeg dicht, en het sanitair is verouderd.

La propreté irréprochable.
Divers services proposés sur place.
Le petit déjeuner très varié.
Le moment passé au spa (forfait hammam/gommage/massage) était exceptionnel, a recommander fortement.

Bruyant mais propre avec personnel agréable
Pros:

Personnel très sympathique
Hôtel propre mais mériterait un rafraîchissement.
Spa et petit déjeuner très bien

Cons:

Bruyant. On entend la circulation de la rue. Les fenêtres mériteraient d’être changé. Nous sommes restés 3 nuits, 3 nuits à ne pas dormir.
Les oreillers sont très dures aussi.

Cons:

Les photos sont trompeuses pour la piscine qui se trouve au 5eme étage avec une eau opaque qui ne donne pas envie de s’y baigner . Petit déjeuner décevant.
