Lovely modern hotel 30 min walk from Medina
Pros:

Great modern hotel, in a really safe location. Staff were all friendly & inviting. Our friends went for the couples Hamman spa that was great value & they highly recommended it. Large superior rooms with comfy beds. The hotel had rose petals & a beautiful display for my wife & I anniversary upon arrival.

Cons:

Nothing major an option for an extra fee of breakfast to your room could be nice

We have just returned from an amazing stay at the Stars Hotel in Marrakech and honestly could not fault the experience.

The staff in every department were absolutely exceptional and made the holiday so special. A special mention to Hasna, Oumayma and Mehdi who were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. All of the restaurant staff were fantastic, always friendly and attentive, and the two gentlemen providing the traditional music each evening created such a lovely atmosphere.

The cleaners were brilliant and kept everything spotless, while the gentleman who looked after the pool was one of the friendliest people we met - always smiling, helpful and genuinely cared that guests were enjoying themselves.

Nothing was ever too much trouble for any member of staff.

We also booked excursions through Emile, who was an absolute gentleman. Every trip was extremely well organised and genuinely fantastic.

Our room was beautiful, comfortable and finished to a very high standard.

Thank you to everybody at the hotel for such a memorable stay in Marrakech - we will definitely return.

Cons:

The only minor negatives for us were the pool closing fairly early (6pm), as we would have loved a little longer to enjoy the late sunshine by the pool, and the pillows being slightly firm for our preference. That said, I am sure the staff would happily have changed them had we asked.

Расположение. Большой номер. Спа понравился

Cons:

В душе плохой напор воды, между плитками черная плесень.
Бассейн маленький и вокруг него неприятная атмосфера.
Очень много людей на завтраке. Завтрак не рассчитан на европейцев, кроме яиц и хлеба, там нечего есть.
Экскурсии не берите в отеле, дорого и за нами приехал ужасно раздолбанный старый мини автобус, который глох в пути и сломался в итоге.
