I booked this hotel stay as a gift for my parents, and it turned out to be absolutely perfect!
From the moment they arrived, they were positively surprised by the beautiful facilities and, even more, by the way they were treated. The staff made every effort to ensure their stay felt truly special, and my parents felt genuinely valued throughout their time there.
A heartfelt thank‑you goes to Orhan. It was a pleasure for them to speak with such an erudite and thoughtful person – they enjoyed every conversation with him.
The only small downside concerns the birds. They don’t seem to get along well, and the yellow bird is regularly being bothered by the other one. It might be better to keep them separately so all of them are happy.
It was an amazing property, had such friendly staff who helped us a lot and made our stay memorable. We were staying with kids and old parents and it was very lovely and convenient
Everything was perfect
We had the most delightful stay at the merchant hotel Baku. We highly recommand this place... the service is outstanding, the staff are very friendly and well caring. I asked the first morning if they had watermelon, which they didn"t that day, but next morning i was served a big plate of fresh watermelon. This kind of attention make all the difference. Thank you Jafar for accomodating us with the strongly needed early check in, and thank u to all the staff at breakfast service and the house keeping
When you get used to the Merchant Baku hotel, it's very hard to accept less

السعر مرتفع لكن موقع الفندق والموظفين والنظافه و الافطار ممتازين وعلى مستوى عالي
- The staff are very attentive to detail and the place is spotlessly clean.
- There’s a good variety at breakfast.
- The location is perfect, right next to the Old City and right across from Baku Boulevard.
- Their restaurant is excellent. Rustam and Ismail were very welcoming and professional.
