Tolle Lage, Wenige Gehminuten vom Bahnhof entfernt, sehr freundliches Personal, sauber

Cons:

sehr kleines Bad, enges Stiegenhaus, kein Lift, etwas mühsam mit großem schweren Koffer (war mir aber bei Buchung bekannt)

la ubicacion es buena, a unas cuadras de la estación, ese es el aspecto fuerte del alojamiento.
además estas cerca de restaurant y lugares de compra.
la atención es la adecuada, mejor en el turno dia que nos toco.

Cons:

Sin embargo la habitación era en el 4to piso (que pasa a ser 5to ya que el primero es el 0), escalera muy angosta en los ultimos pisos (sin asensor, aunque eso se entiende en venecia)
El tamaño de la habitación era en extremo pequeño, teniendo que realizar todo sobre la cama.
Solicite evaluar cambio de habitación y no se concreto... (indico te aviso y todavia espero)

Due giorni di puro relax
Pros:

Posizione ottima sia per visitare che per la vicinanza alla stazione.
Aria condizionata autonoma e ben funzionante.
Letti abbastanza comodi.
Doccia abbastanza grande nonostante le dimensioni del bagno. Personale disponibile e gentile nei confronti di tutti. Pulizia camera impeccabile con cambio asciugamani quotidiano. Siamo rimasti felicemente sorpresi dalla presenza del bollitore (compresi bicchieri di carta e palette per girare) che abbiamo usato per la colazione.
Comoda anche la presenza di deposito bagagli.

Cons:

La mancanza di un frigo bar (che probabilmente si sarebbe potuto mettere sotto il tavolino) è risultata scomoda, im quanto l'unico frigo comune era situato al piano terra, rendendo necessario scendere e salire più rampe di scale anche solo per prendere una bottiglia d'acqua.
Inoltre, il lavandino risultava veramente molto piccolo per la detersione quotidiana: inevitabilmente si bagnava il pavimento e/o i piedi.

La posizione dell' Hotel, vicina a collegamenti con bus e vaporetti. Abbiamo potuto visitare molte delle zone, musei e manifestazioni culturali.

Cons:

Terzo piano senza ascensore🤔 dopo una giornata passata a camminare per calli e sestrieri. Mancanza di un piccolo frigorifero, per poter mettere almeno una bottiglietta d'acqua durante la permanenza in Hotel.

Çalışanlar güleryüzlü ve çok yardımcı oluyorlar, otele ilk girişte bir harita veriyor ve nereye nasıl gideceğinizi anlatıyorlar. Çok ilgililer, teşekkür ediyoruz yardımları için.
Odalar çok temiz ve her gün temizleniyor. Klima sistemleri çok iyi, biz gittiğimizde hava çok sıcaktı ama odada hiç hissetmedik sıcaklığı, biz gitmeden klima açılmış ve gayet serindi.
Otel konum olarak çok merkezi, tren ve otobüs istasyonuna, restoranlara yakın. San Marco Meydanına giden vapur seferlerine binebilir veya Venedik'i keşfederek yürüyebilirsiniz. Biz yürüdük her sokağı ayrı güzel bir şehir.

Cons:

Asansör yok ama bizim için sorun olmadı.

Otima localização, bem próxima da estação de trem e de varias atrações da Cidade. Equipe muito prestativa. O hotel é simples, mas de acordo com as informações do anuncio. Nos atendeu muito bem em nossa visita a Veneza, nos possibilitando inclusive ir e voltar a acomodação sem dificuldades durante o dia para descansar, tomar banho, etc. A foto da avaliação é da vista de nosso quarto

Cons:

O chuveiro poderia ser um pouco melhor, mas nada que comprometa nossa estadia. Não possui elevador, mas isso praticamente não existe em Veneza nessa região
