Tranquila e com equipe super atenciosa e disponível.
Pros:

Lençóis, travesseiros, toalhas e tamanho e disponibilidade de cama de casal. Colchão excelente. Café da manhã muito bom. Equipe super atenciosa. Piscina e sauna limpas.

Cons:

Pela segunda vez, o chuveiro não esquentou. Escorria pouca água e como gosto de tomar banho com água morna, não foi possível.

Frustrada , pois escolhi uma suite de luxo.
Pros:

as trocas de toalhas, não são feitas , também o cobre leito não é higienizado, foi necessário pedir para fazer as trocas das tolhas no 3 dias de estadia

Não foi possível usar a banheira de hidromassagem da suíte , a água é muito fraca e também
O chuveiro sai pouquíssima água , as trocas das toalhas é algo muito importante e a higienização do cobre leito , estava com cheiro de usadas

Wi-Fi , muito ruim . Só pegava na recepção , pedimos até para resetar o modem no nosso andar mas não deu certo , em um local aonde o sinal do tel já é ruim a internet é vital para comunicação

O hotel é novo e tem boas instalações... tudo funciona perfeitamente (ar condicionado, tv e secador). O quarto é bem limpo e organizado. A piscina é boa e bem ampla.

Cons:

A maior dificuldade do hotel é a cama, que é muito dura. Fiquei 5 dias e no final já estava com dor nas costas. Sugiro colocar um pilow top nas camas para amenizar. É o único ponto que merece atenção.
