Wonderful staff, but I would not stay here again.
Pros:

Pros:
- staff was super nice and responsive
- great to have breakfast included and good choices
- room was very large
- comfortable beds
- beautiful view of the sea
- pool was wonderful
Cons:
- internet was terrible, weak and inconsistent
- location was too far away from everything
- beach right out front is super rocky
- room is pretty dark
- no atm working at the hotel or nearby

Very good stay
Pros:

Location was good, breakfast was good as well and there was drinking water accessible for convenience.

Cons:

Room is so close to the street that could get very noise sometimes. There isn't a lift if you're travelling with big suitcases.

Amazing stay with great people
Pros:

The staff is really nice and helpful and polite and helped us with moped rental (gracias Aaron) the room is huge and there is a coffeemaker 🙂 the breakfast was great!

Recomendable y bonito
Pros:

Habitaciones grandes, cómodas , limpias y con todo lo necesario, hasta microondas.
Muy lindo y buena vista primera línea al mar. A unos 20 minutos andando al centro.

Cons:

Algo de ruido de noche por la calle y del restaurante de arriba hasta que cierren. Pero todo abordable

Quaint hotel in Cozumel with nice ocean views and excellent staff!
Pros:

It was small and lovely. The staff was very sweet and helpful. They had a nice garden and pool area and since we brought our dog, it was nice that he could run around on grass and do his business.

Cons:

The photos are a little deceiving…the hotel is across the street from the beach not on the beach. The views were still lovely, but the road was like a busy highway at times and loud. We slept thru it with the doors shut but it didn’t make sitting on the balcony the best.
