Love the location and the staff was friendly. It sits right on top of a private beach so it’s lovely.
Staff could have been slightly more responsive at times. Also location is full of creatures so if you’re not a lizard person this will be a little uncomfortable for you 😅
The AC could have also been better
Great location and staff and one of the nicest rooms I’ve stayed in. You sleep and wake to the sound of the ocean waves just below. It’s beautiful but beware there are many many steps till u reach your room. The restaurant and private beach make it well worthwhile. Highly recommend!

Despite our negetive experience, Franco one of the staff members was helpful and kind when my partner got Bali belly organising a doctor.
My partner and I got scabies, staph and Bali belly from staying here. As a women I felt incredibly unsafe with all male staff sometimes making innapropriate passing comments, this is a remote location and I really did not feel safe.
Our bedding was not cleaned , towels and toilet paper were not replenished and there was no body wash or hand soap. Really disappointing experience given how much we paid. This place should not operate if they can not provide essential services for their guests. Not to mention the monkeys made It impossible to utilise the balcony.

Sehr schlechter Weg zur Unterkunft, viele Stufen teilweise rutschig.
De suite zelf was prima en het uitzicht (zeezicht) fantastisch! Het privestrand, bar en restaurant allemaal compact bijelkaar was ook fijn.
Alle trappen en treden! Niet gaan als je slecht ter been bent. De omgeving van de accommodatie vonden wij ook niet gezellig. Verder vonden wij het beslist geen 4 sterren waardig. Roomservice werkte slecht, personeel wel lief maar het ging allemaal ‘knullig’, het eten niet top. De aanwezige aapjes zijn wel leuk maar maken wel dat je constant op je spullen moet letten op balkon en strand.
Это ужас! Если хотите испортить свой отдых Вам сюда! Заявленные фото не соответствуют действительности. Нет подъезда к отелю с багажом пришлось долго к нему спускаться. При заселение обратила внимание что нет людей совсем. Номер старый, порванные шторы, кондиционер еле работал при заселение даже не был включен. Но после на веранду пришла стая обезьян их было примерно 15. И они искренни не понимали что я делаю в их номере 😅. Мне пришлось двери держать руками что бы они не проникли в номер в окна. Экстренно было принято решение переезжать в ночь искать новый отель. Деньги за 2 ночи оплаченные отказалась возвращать! Сказали вернут за одну ночь если я оставлю положительный отзыв, манипуляции на меня не очень действуют на 17 тыс я не обеднею! Я много путешествую по острову но это было полное разочарование. Из хорошего вид на океан но любоваться им можно только из душного номера.
Всё описала как есть. Не портите себе отдых, не тратьте деньги.

Esperienza molto deludente, soprattutto considerando il prezzo elevatissimo. Camera sporca, tende e lenzuola in condizioni pessime. Il bagno era indecente: pieno di zanzare, cattivo odore e perfino muffa/funghi sul soffitto. La vista sarebbe stata bella, ma inutilizzabile perché il balcone era costantemente occupato dalle scimmie e non si potevano aprire le finestre. Inoltre la struttura è scomoda da raggiungere. Decisamente sconsigliato
The location is very beautiful, right by an empty beach, with many monkeys in the area. The staff is also very friendly.
I was very disappointed with my stay and do not feel that this accommodation is worth the price at all.
The room is old and poorly maintained, and the bathroom was not properly clean. Basic amenities like soap and shower gel were empty and were not refilled after cleaning. The shower itself is outdated, the water had an unpleasant smell, and there were even fungi growing on the ceiling of the shower cabin that had clearly not been removed. This was simply unhygienic and very unpleasant. The toilet also had a constant bad smell.
In my opinion, the property is extremely overpriced and worth only a fraction of what is being charged. The path to the accommodation is long, involves many stairs, and is poorly lit in some areas. At night, it feels unsafe, especially when traveling alone as a woman.
Additionally, the accommodation does not match the photos shown online and appears much more worn and neglected in reality.
Overall, I felt very let down by this experience and do not think it justifies the price.
The view of the beach was amazing! Right on the beach.
For $450 AUD per night this was very disappointing. We didn't mind the 200m walk & stairs to the property (never take a suitcase here) but the room, restaurant area, food all very disappointing. The room was small and had nothing in it. 2 towels & some shampoo was all to be found (no face clothes, bathmat, extra bedding) 1 jug of water was provided & a cup. Termites were in the window frames, the plunge pool is more of a bath and very little care was taken to make the stay more comfortable. Some pillows in the outdoor Hammock, some fresh flowers, extra towels, free water. A lot of improvement required if charging $450 AUD per night. Would not stay again.

Monkeys
We absolutely loved the view, the room decor (the rooms are smaller), and the private beach that accompanied the hotel. The food was delicious as well and the staff were very welcoming and helpful.
The air conditioner in our first room was not working. The staff were very proactive and got someone to look at it right away, however it wasn't fixed. We spent our first night sweating in our sleep. Thankfully they moved us the next day, however the room was right next to the check in desk and we could hear every conversation outside our door. The walk from the drop off location to the hotel is very long and strenuous with bags, do not attempt without the help of the staff! Other than that, our stay was great.
I truly believe this is one of the best places to stay in Uluwatu. It offers exceptional value for money, you simply won’t find such a magical view anywhere else at this price.
I stayed in two different room types: the Family Suite and the Suite with a balcony. In my opinion, the Family Suite is definitely the best option.
Overall, this is one of my favorite places in Uluwatu, and I would definitely recommend staying here.
