Friendly staff
Staff was courteous and professional
Elevator was not working and we were on the 4th floor. Room Service did not clean the room or give new towels/water.
Hotel is a little dated but perfect if you don’t want to break the bank and stay in a clean place. They were nice enough to let me keep my bags with them while I went on a tour.

Very safe and cozy
Great staff , place was always kept clean , location was perfect
The location of the hotel is in a noisy street that's less than desirable if you're traveling solo. Don't go walking around.
The room had an old musky smell, old carpets that clearly haven't been cleaned properly in decades, and the bedsheet had several strands of hair, which led me to believe that they weren't washed properly. There was cobweb under the table.anf I saw a small roach scuttle into a crack in the wall in the bathroom. Needless to say, I'll never stay there again.
Being in Georgetown for just 3 days we thought this was the perfect location for our stay. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful with directions around the town. The food at the restaurant was good also. We ate breakfast and lunch there once. It is convenient to some locations like the Stabroek market, City mall and a short taxi ride to the big Giftland mall. We were a bit disappointed that the pool was closed, and we hope that it will reopen soon. Do not expect much of a night life here as it is very quiet which worked out well for us.
We wish we had packed some flip-flops to wear in our room since the floor was not carpeted as hotels are in the US. The AC worked well, and the beds were comfortable also.
room was okay restaurant staff was extremely rude lacked staff training will not go back there again every time I go there standards drop further .reception staff was very polite wifi problems tv broken down several times no water in coolers in a very hot country had to ask staff to replace container ,had to share a balcony with chain smokers .
Basics things are not included in the rooms. One has to go to the first floor to use a shared microwive!
I love every thing about the property the room the food the staff the building _ yess
No customer service
The only good thing about this property is that it was safe and the wifi was good. Unfortunately the beds were very uncomfortable, the mini fridge didn't work and the channel options for the television sucked. Staff were helpful but the amenities need an upgrade.
I had lunch here with family and friends.
The restaurant was very quiet, not many people were dining.
It’s a very clean, cool and comfortable restaurant. The waiting staff was very courteous and friendly.
We had to wait a while for our food as everything was cooked from scratch.
Delicious food and reasonably priced. Highly recommend.
This hotel is conveniently located in Georgetown. It is not a 5 star hotel, but good value for the price. It has a second floor pool and a nice restaurant. Room had a slightly stale smell. Plumbing not all in top shape. But if you are on a budget, this is a fair choice.
We had the good fortune of visiting your hotel at the end of July 2016 for one week from Canada. The hotel was below my expectations but the customer service received was exceptional. This made up of the poor condition of the rooms, loud music from the wedding reception held onsite, lack of variety on the restaurant menu. All of the staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Many thanks to Tannis, Timothy, Deborah, Shelly, and Mohranie for your wonderful service. You are all an asset to this hotel and a bright spark in what would have been an otherwise abysmal stay.
Hotel was quite relaxed and had a large veranda on each floor to chill in. Staff were friendly and accommodating . The rooms were clean and towels were changed daily. In our first room the hairdryer didn't work and the air conditioning broke down. It had a fridge, TV and plenty of plug sockets. No shower gel is provided so bring your own. They moved us to another room on the 4th floor which was an executive suite. This had a microwave As well. Some of the plug sockets didn't work so they gave us an extension lead. That room was nicer. I only went to breakfast once as it was a bit stingy with the portions. I asked for more and got it
This hotel is good for what you are paying but is in a bad area. We were told not to go down certain streets after dark in case we got beaten and robbed. We were in a big group so we went out in the day and only out by cab at night to the clubs. The swimming pool had a black scum line around it. I would recommend this hotel on a budget . Pictures attached show both rooms, pool and breakfast
