Ottimo soggiorno!

Durante il mio soggiorno è stato tutto perfetto...lo staff è gentile e disponibile l'appartamento era pulito e ordinato così come i corridoi e le sale ....la punta di pregio l'abbiamo trovata nella gentilezza nella professionalità e nella disponibilità di Gustavo al piano 2 durante la cena...ha dato al nostro soggiorno quel valore in più....per noi e per i nostri bimbi....perche' diciamo la verità il luogo pulito curato è la faccia ma il cuore del luogo in cui vai sono le persone che incontri nel tuo viaggio...e quando si è lontani da casa un po' ci si sente sperduti se non si trovano persone di riferimento,i piccoli gesti come imparare il nome o sapere cosa beviamo di solito da quel valore in più🔝....si impegna molto in quello che fa e si vede...

Cons:

Sarebbe stato perfetto che anche solo una persona in tutto lo staff nella reception parlasse un po' di italiano anche solo base😅....anche se ce la siamo cavati con un po' di francese un po' di inglese e un po' di spagnolo e un po' a gesti...ma vista l'affluenza di turisti e il prestigio dell'hotel un pochino ci speravo....forse un piccolo appunto non una critica.....per l'esterno sarebbe stato bello un tavolino per i bimbi o un micro spazio per intrattenerli anche solo mentre si aspetta un taxi o in quelle sere in cui si decide di non andare in giro ma di restare in hotel o se ci si beve qualcosa al bar della lobby o semplicemente mentre un genitore si fuma una sigaretta li sotto....sarebbe stato d'aiuto....per il resto è stato un'ottimo soggiorno! Consiglio il soggiorno presso questo Hotel!

Good stay overall, but could be better if facilities still matched the photos advertised and signs of aging were address
Pros:

The property setup and location are fine. Very central and easy to access most parts of Gaia and Porto.

Cons:

We stayed here last year and the property is starting to show signs of aging and need for renovation. Some materials are cracked and need attention to maintain high levels of service.

Buena relación calidad precio
Pros:

Desayuno excelente, ubicación regular, se puede ir andando a la orilla del río pero con una buena cuesta. Se puede llegar con más facilidad con autobús

On nous a attribué un appartement qui ne correspondait pas du tout aux photos sur booking.com
Appartement sans table ni chaise, Clim ne fonctionnait pas murs fissurés mobilier vraiment minimaliste ! Il fallait demander à la réception ce qu’on voulait ?
(Vraiment pas top pour un 4 étoiles 🥴)
Seule la chambre était bien lits confortables
Ménage très succinct ds la pièce principale et multiprises avec des fils qui traînaient sur le sol
Grosse déception !!!
On a demandé une autre chambre qui elle était bcp mieux heureusement !
Par contre 25 €/jr pour un chien je trouve cela excessif !!
Je ne reviendrais pas.
