Very good reception area, the bar , the dinner room etc...
Breakfast was good and all the staff was very nice.
I enjoyed my stay.

Cons:

I asked for a kettle and cups for tea on the day we arrived and i didnt get it, I had to call reception to ask for cups to drink some tea in my room. Even after that nobody brought the cups, I had to go downstairs to the reception and asked again.
When I booked the apartment they asked me if I wanted the kitchenette ready in case I needed to use it, I said yes. But there was nothing in there, no cups , no plates no kettle no cutlery. It was not nice.

Pros:

Die 57 m² große Wohnung Nr. 1102 befindet sich im 11. Stock und bietet einen herrlichen Blick auf Porto und den Douro.
Das Hotel liegt 15 Gehminuten von der nächsten U-Bahn-Station entfernt, also etwa 25 Minuten vom Stadtzentrum.

Cons:

Bei unserer Ankunft war die Küchenzeile leer, es gab keine Küchenutensilien, keine Tassen... nichts.
Kabel und Verlängerungskabel auf dem Boden.
Es war sehr kompliziert, Wasserkocher, Tassen, Löffel und Messer für das Frühstück am nächsten Tag zu bekommen.
Es gibt keine Kaffeemaschine, kein Kaffeepulver und keinen Tee (obwohl dies in der Zimmerbeschreibung angegeben ist).
Die Betten sind bequem. Die Trennwände sind nicht optimal, da man die Person im Nachbarzimmer beim Telefonieren hören kann.
Ansonsten muss man für den Zugang zum Schwimmbad 15 Euro bezahlen.
Der Rest des Aufenthalts verlief reibungslos.

Infelizmente, tivemos uma experiência muito desagradável com a segurança do entorno do hotel. O carro da minha irmã estava estacionado em frente ao hotel e teve o vidro quebrado e foi furtado. Acionamos a polícia, que informou que esse tipo de crime é comum na área e que não poderia fazer nada.Acho que o hotel deveria alertar os hóspedes sobre os riscos de deixar o carro na rua, especialmente à noite, para que possamos tomar precauções. Não tivemos nenhuma orientação ou aviso nesse sentido, o que tornou a situação ainda mais frustrante. Uma experiência assim impacta negativamente a estadia, e é algo que o hotel precisa considerar para melhorar a segurança e informar melhor seus clientes.

Pros:

Simpatia, gentileza e prontidão dos funcionarios, café da manhã bem variado, localização excelente próximo aos meus objetivos de viagem.

Cons:

Tinha vários fios de cabelo na banheira e nas fronhas e o lençol e duas fronhas estavam sujas, mas virei do avesso as fronhas para usar e no dia seguinte ao pedir trocaram para mim as fronhas.
Não tinha lampada no teto do quarto, só abajures.
