Pros:

Absolutely loved this place. Really liked the pool area. Awesome rooms with nice kitchenettes and comfortable beds. Staff was very helpful throughout our stay. Especially the day we were checking out we were going on a day trip excursion and they kept our bags for the day while we were out and Julieta was very accomidating and met us after cleaning staff was gone to supply us with our bags. Would suggest for familys couples or single travvelers that want a place close to all amenities and the beach.

Mucha plata $$$ - This was the most I ever paid for a stay in Costa Rica. While the studio room was comfortable, it was not worth what I paid. I was passing through Santa Teresa and needed a room for the night so there I landed. Santa Teresa is not the beautiful place it once was thanks to too many tourists. The municipality does not have the infrastructure to deal with so many people at high season, la basura en la calle is evidence of that. There are much nicer and less crowded beaches elsewhere in Costa Rica.

Terrible Experience.
Arrived to the property to find there is no-one to check you in, some cleaning lady who didn't speak english called some lady to figure out details. Lady called me on whatup and gave me code for room. Room was far from what it looks on photos. There was no toiletries in the bathroom, not even a hand soap... we found two empty bottles from previous guests. Our reservation included FULL breakfast, well there is no such a thing. They said they will discount our rate. Our original price was over hundred and they took off only ten dollars off for no breakfast for 2 people. Spoke to lady on a whatsup and she said she will look into it..and nothing happened.
There is no parking on the property unless you parking your quad, street parking next the hotel.
Terrible service and definitely not worth the money ..

Buen lugar y buena relación calidad precio. Tiene una muy buena ubicación cerca de restaurantes, supermercados y la playa.
