I had a good experience with Ly and nick. The food is good and the service was exceptional, I had a good stay and good meal here in Com Vong

I received very good breakfast experience in Com Vong Restaurant in Movenpick Hanoi by LY and Nick. The food and the service was extraordinary.

The Mövenpick was a great experience for my partner and I. Great location for the airport, amazing room and brilliant facilities. The staff were very friendly and nothing was too much for them. They allowed us to use the pool and sauna after our check out time as we had a long flight ahead back to the UK. Jim and Owen in the restaurant served us a delicious lunch before we headed to the airport. We will definitely be back.

Lovely hotel in the financial district of Hanoi. Perfect escape from the frantic energy of Hanoi old quarter. We booked a stay here to relax before a long flight home and it was perfect. Lovely pool, sauna and gym. Food is excellent, service is impeccable, the rooms are lovely, clean and very comfortable. Can’t fault the hotel in any way. Owen was very accommodating to us and offered local knowledge

We had a wonderful candlelight dinner at the Executive Lounge. Hao served us with great care, attention, and a warm smile throughout the evening. She made sure all our requirements were met and truly made the experience special. Thank you for the excellent service.

We have a long stay at Movenpick. It is a great place to relax in between adventures, with easy access to/from the city centre by Grab car. With so much great food available at the hotel, and close by, it can be hard to leave!

All the staff are very friendly and attentive. Thanks to Huong and Trung Anh for servicing our room, Chef for his amazing meals, Hoa's amazing service in the executive lounge, Mendy, and everyone on reception. Everyone here works so hard ❣️

We had a really great experience there. Everyone was so nice to us. Ms. Ly was exceptionally kind and friendly. I was impressed as she remembered me from my stay last year.

When I visited Movenpick´s Executive Lounge, even though it was very busy by Christmas, Lounge team including Ms.Chloe, Bonnie - Mr.Herbert, Marcus and Mr.Patrick at reception desk were very friendly and helpful for me. I highly recommend the happy hour here.

I went there with family, 13 of us. We had a truly wonderful and memorable stay at Mövenpick, and we're very thankful for the warm hospitality from the entire team. From the moment I arrived, the staff were kind, attentive, and genuinely caring, making me feel very welcomed throughout my stay.
A heartfelt thank you to the hotel managers Dzung and Tom for their professionalism and dedication to guest comfort. Special thanks as well to LY and Marcus at the restaurant for their friendly and thoughtful service, which made every meal a pleasure. A lovely highlight was the Chocolate Hour—complimentary chocolate fondue with snacks and fruits, which was such a delightful touch.
The room was very nice, clean, and comfortable. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so enjoyable. Highly recommended!

LY gave me very good experience about the breakfast time. She made me feel home with good smile always and in time assistance especially when my hand full with traditional “beef pha”. Wish to visit again soon to see her smile.

Amazing hotel room and food.
The food at the restaurants are definitely of a high standard. Love the Vietnamese milk coffee that hits me at all the right spots.

Room is very large and beds are comfy for a good night sleep.

Plus point: there is a free chocolate fondue between 4pm and 5pm everyday.

The service is fantastic and the food is very nice. The staff here are very warm and welcoming and they are always here to assist when i need help. A staff name Ly shared her some experience about her lifestyle and Marcus recommended the good food and server them with a big smile. The service makes us feel like family

Ann and bonnie are excellent and they provided excellent service while we had our dinner. They made sure all our request are attended. Atmosphere is chilled and great location. Rooms are impressive and great value for money! Highly recommended!

Bonnie and Ann is friendly, kind and lovely. They patiently understand our request and order. They give complimentary food.The food was nice and delicious.
