Hotel Bristol is a sensational property, the views are magnificent and the facilities are amazing.
Nothing everything was fantastic
Everything about the Bristol Hotel was exceptional. The location, the view, the staff, the food, the room. The bar tender was exceptional and staff in the restaurant was phenomenal. Because November is the "off" season, the hotel was not full and therefore the pool and some other amenities were not available, it was still a wonderful experience.
There was nothing to complain about.

Der Blick vom Balkon auf Sorrent und den Vesuv ist einmalig. Fußläufig zum Stadtzentrum 15 min und zum Port 20 min. Perfekt. Hotelgarage 20 € ist OK.

Finally we made it back, first visited in 2019 and booked for 2020, but we all know what happened then. So back to what is one of our favourite hotels world wide, Hotel Bristol, Sorrento. The outstanding views haven't changed, many of the excellent staff like Luca are still there working efficiently and effectively to make our stay just as good as we remembered, the rooms are clean and comfortable with daily servicing by staff who care. Yes the hotel fronts onto Via Capo and traffic noise might be an issue for some during the day, but close the double glazed balcony doors and even without dropping the shutters you'd never know there was a road outside. Whilst October is cooler, more to my liking than high summer, the roof terrace was still a great place to top up the sun-tan, and the bar has a good selection too.
Great location and short walk from Sorrento, friendly helpful staff, lovely breakfast and spacious, well equipped rooms.
Our room was a little chilly in October with the aircon on and we didn’t manage to fix it despite a couple of conversations with reception.
Location was excellent, staff were welcoming and helpful, views from our room were incredible.
A tad bit dated and sometimes felt nickeled and dimed (extra $ for towels for example).
