Great location, views and comfortable spacious room with views of Vesuvius
Pros:

Classic hotel in a great location, close enough to be easy into town but far enough to be a bit away. We had a lovely spacious room with great views and an amazing comfortable bed plus breakfast staff were really friendly.

Nice view poor but value for money
Pros:

Wonderful service from almost all staff members. Nice view of the bay

Cons:

We did not get the rooms we booked and we’re placed in another building which is not the main hotel venue.
The room was quite depressing and not what we booked.
When we asked for warm winter blankets we were given old wool blankets. Only on the second day they gave us winter blankets.
Breakfast was ok, with quite bad coffee.
Overall we wouldn’t come back.

이용객이 많지않아 그런지 오션뷰 객실이 아님에도 오션뷰로 주셨다. 처음 딱 테라스에 나가서 오션뷰를 보면 이게 소렌토구나 하는 느낌이 든다.

객실은 넓고 타일 바닥이라 휴양지에온 느낌이 좋았다.

방을 청소해주는 직원들과 리셉션에 있는 직원들은 매우 친절하다.
조식에서는 오믈렛을 만들어주는 직원분이 친절했다.

Cons:

조식에서 안내해주는 사람들은 조금 더 친절함을 배워야할듯

Brilliant, we will be returning!
Pros:

Beautiful hotel in a stunning location. Superb restaurant & bar areas with spectacular views of the Bay of Naples. The staff were great and made us feel welcome and at home!

Great hotel. The view from the hotel was fantastic. The staff were very helpful with any issue that arose. The breakfast was good, especially the freshly made to order omelettes.
Would definitely stay again..

Can’t wait to return.
Pros:

First of all the location is gorgeous. From the moment you arrive to the time you check out the entire staff is incredibly professional and friendly. The food is very good and very well presented. Lastly, housekeeping was incredible.

A lovely, early season stay
Pros:

Lovely views from our room and a beautiful view from the restaurant. Excellent choice for breakfast and very welcoming, friendly staff.

Cons:

Would have been better if the still , bottled water was complimentary throughout our stay rather than the initial two(quite large) bottles
