Everything was wonderful, staff, hotel, room was amazing with beautiful balcony and hillside views of Sorrento, thr marina all the way to Naples.
The distance from the lobby to our room. It was not easy and had to use multiple elevators.
Beautiful, old school hotel with excellent service, beautiful salons for breakfast, drinks, and relaxing; incredible views from everywhere in the hotel; very good breakfast offerings. I highly recommend getting a cocktail at the bar and enjoying the view before going to dinner.
The rooms are a little dated and I would have like an area rug in the room (we were there in October) but this is a grand old hotel and this was easily forgiven, especially because we had an enormous terrace.
View was exceptional and the staff were so so friendly and couldn't have been nicer. Outstanding . Also only 15 minute walk to main shopping area and restaurants. loved it
Sorrento Train Station is horrid and rudest service ever but that has nothing to do with the wonderful hotel.

For the moment we arrived the staff were attentive and helpful. The room far exceeds our expectation the location was fabulous and the view amazing. The restaurant was great. Flexible with food options in evening and wonderful relaxed breakfasts great staff

Amazing views
Bathroom and floors were not clean enough
Staff was very welcoming/attentive and easy to deal with. The view from the room/restaurant/pool was fantastic. Great breakfast with lots of choices, the omelet cook was very professional. Well located, a short 10-15 minutes walk into town and 20-25 to the port.
Room insonorisation could be better, we could hear our neighbors and the restaurant, we were in a room on the 6th floor. They make a nice cappuccino at breakfast, unfortunately most times it wasn’t hit enough.
Everything was absolutely top-notch! Totally unbelievable views from everywhere on the property! We had the included breakfast most mornings, which was amazing. Gissepe was our waiter—he was there for breakfast, lunch, and dinner! He remembered you and what you liked to drink in the morning. Such a gentleman! The location was perfect. A short walk to everything! A couple of convenience grocery stores, really close! Would absolutely 1000% recommend this Hotel!
