Hotel Bristol

Room was large, comfortable, and clean. The view from the room balcony was fabulous. The staff were the most helpful and friendly that I have ever encountered. Food in the dining room was also very good.

The the moment we arrived the staff were amazing, very polite, tentative and could not be happier to do everything we requested.

The hotel was amazing, the staff were very friendly and helpful and accommodating. We were greeted with a smile at every turn. The hotel even gave us a fan to borrow one evening when the hotels air conditioning stopped working and we got a bit hot in our hotel room. The room was cleaned very well and the breakfast was yummy. This was our first stay in sorrento and if we ever come again, we will definetly be staying at Hotel Bristol again! The best hotel ever!

We stayed at the Bristol Hotel for 8 days in May 2026. We had a fabulous room and great service from the staff. Federico was a huge help with planning prior to our visit as well as the restaurant staff really stood out; Giuseppe really made our stay extra nice, as well as Luca and Jon-Luca. Highly recommend this hotel.

What a hotel, bit expensive but what an experience. Staff could not do enough for you. From reception to restaurants and cleaning staff all very nice and went out of their way to make sure everything was right for guests.

We had a family emergency and had to cut short our stay. The staff and management were very kind to us at a difficult time. We really appreciate it. We look forward to returning in better times.

My husband and I stayed here for 5 nights in May, 2026 and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. All the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful including arranging transportation to the Naples train station and tours. There was a wonderful buffet breakfast each morning with an omelette station. The hotel is in a very nice location with wonderful views of the coast, city, and Mt. Vesuvius in the distance. There is a beautiful garden and pool area- it was still too chilly for swimming though. We had a private Jacuzzi on our terrace, which we really enjoyed. It was not too far or steep of a walk into the city, and there was a sidewalk the whole way. The hotel is very elegantly decorated. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

My husband and I recently recently returned from a week staying at the Hotel Bristol.
We can't praise it enough, the hotel is in a great location and the view from our room was amazing. The housekeeping staff were in every day, if not twice some days, ensuring everything was spotlessly clean and tidy
All staff that we encountered were so very helpful and friendly but special mention should go to Luca and Giuseppe in the restaurant, so attentive and a joy to speak to. Luca's sense of humour was brilliant, when my husband asked for his steak well done he replied with "so you want chef to kill it twice?" and when asked about how he could remember everyone's room numbers "I have everyone's photos up on a wall at home" were so deadpan and perfectly timed
The restaurant had wonderful views across the town and bay and breakfast had an amazing array of both cooked food and cold offerings and it was lovely to sit in the restaurant and take in the views whilst having a leisurely breakfast.
Equally, in the evening, the view of the town lit up beneath you whilst enjoying dinner and a drink was something I won't forget. The menu was varied and there was a special menu each day too so there was always something new to try.
We shall certainly return in the future, thank you to all at Hotel Bristol

Old world charm without old world fixtures

My husband and I spent four amazing nights in this hotel. The minute we arrived after a long journey from Rome, we were greeted with warmth and cheer. The bedroom was beautiful, clean, comfortable, spotless with the most amazing view. I cannot praise the staff enough. Every single staff person we encountered was delightful and helpful. A special thanks to Andrea and Alex in the bar for the drinks and laughs. Another special thanks to Giuseppe in the restaurant for ensuring I got the tastiest gluten free food. He was incredibly kind and attentive to my dietary needs. The food was delicious 😋. The staff at reception organised a transfer car for us to Naples airport. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Wonderful experience. We will definitely be back. Thanks again for a memorable stay at your beautiful hotel.

What a beautiful hotel with the best hospitality we have ever experienced.

Hotel Bristol is such a lovely place to spend a holiday. Tranquil and sophisticated with the most incredible views of the Bay of Naples and Vesuvius.

It is the hospitality that wins all the prizes for us though. Attentive warm and welcoming. We got to spend both our wedding anniversary and my birthday while we were there. Despite not mentioning it, reception had arranged Prosecco on ice in the room a table by the window at dinner with the best view and a gorgeous birthday cake.

I looked at all the reviews before booking this holiday and I was not disappointed. The Hotel Bristol is a stunning Hotel over looking the bay of Naples. We woke every morning to the view of Mount Vesuvius from our bed in a lovely room, with a balcony which was large and airy with a spacious bathroom with a walk in shower which is always a bonus and was cleaned to a high standard every day. The pool area on the roof had the most amazing views out over the bay and the standard of service in the bar area was both friendly and very professional (even serve drinks to your sun lounger). The Sun Terrace which is situated below has lots of comfy seating areas both in and out of the sun. The dinning rooms were decorated in old world glamour white table cloths waiter service ( Giuseppe) the head waiter is both professional and friendly,( even produced a birthday cake for me) and a bottle of bubble left our room too, the food well, spoiled for choice very evening 4 choices of both starter. main and desert which was all cooked to order by their chefs. At breakfast same waiter service for tea/coffee then endless choice to choose from. eggs are cooked whichever way you want by the chef so always hot.
A special mention for Luca too he always had a smile and was very helpful.
The Bar is just the same its a beautiful space nice sofas and comfy arm chairs and you can sit outside and look at the incredible night time view, and again waiter service.
The walk into Sorrento takes a 10 minute stroll down hill and has great shops and restaurants can always get the bus back!
We also visited Pompey and Vesuvius this trip included a very nice lunch so well worth the cost.
If your considering going to this hotel you wont be disappointed, everyone from the reception staff, waiters, bar staff cleaners are friendly and helpful, its a very relaxing place with stunning views. A little peace of Heaven, we have already booked again for next May and cannot wait to return.
My only gripe if there has to be one, the pool is really cold May is early season so maybe could be heated.

Everything couldn't have been better the front desk was great , set up all our transportation, restaurant staff was spot on and stop by the lounge and see Alex great person and great bartender!
