房間舒適乾淨，工作人員親切熱心，雖然交通不太方便但是整個住宿體驗十分放鬆良好！
Pros:

房間乾淨舒適，窗外就是無盡的大海，飯店園區本身就非常漂亮，旁邊就是「長間海灘」非常適合想遠離塵世放鬆心靈的夥伴！
工作人員態度親切，有需要任何協助都會熱心幫忙。
早餐非常好吃，不輸市區高級飯店的自助餐！

Cons:

因為園區佔地很大，櫃檯和健身房在同一區，早餐會場在另一區，住宿房間又是在另一個地方，因此移動不太方便。但只要打給櫃檯跟他們說想去的區域就會有工作人員開高爾夫球車來載！
（飯店也有提供高爾夫球車及電動腳踏車租借，但需額外付費）

Séjour fabuleux, qualité d'accueil exceptionnelle
Pros:

Tout le personnel de l'établissement (réception, restaurants, boutique, etc.) a été très accueillant, amical, et très serviable. La qualité du service m'a impressionné dès le premier jour. Le personnel parle très bien anglais.

J'ai voyagé dans des dizaines de villes et d'hôtels au Japon, et je crois qu'il s'agit de mon hôtel préféré. Je suis resté à la Shuri House, dont j'ai beaucoup apprécié le calme et le confort. Le complexe hôtelier est très bien entretenu et équipé (une salle de sport, une piscine, deux excellents restaurants, une laverie, une boutique...).

L'île de Kurima s'est avéré un endroit très paisible, idéal pour se reposer. Il faut traverser le pont de Kurima pour rejoindre Miyako, mais même si vous n'avez pas de voiture de location, cela ne constitue pas un problème, car il est très facile de faire venir un taxi et le personnel de la réception peut vous aider.

J'espère pouvoir revenir un jour !

Tolle Lage mit tollem Ausblick. Das Frühstück und Abendessen war sehr vielfältig und lecker. Der Imbisswagen Green Flash bietet leckere Burger und Hot Dogs, die man sich aufs Zimmer schicken kann.

Die Anbindung an die Hauptinsel ist ohne Auto etwas schwierig

Estancia Increíble en Luna de miel.
Pros:

Tuvimos un problema al reservar la habitación, nos confundimos de tipo de habitaciones ya que íbamos de luna de miel, les comentamos si había posibilidad de hacer cambio a una villa privada pagando la diferencia y el hotel nos la ofreció sin coste. Os lo agradezco de corazón. Recomiendo a todo el mundo si tiene unos días de estar en Japon libres venir a desconectar en este resort. Tiene unas vistas increíbles, a parte de piscina privada en las villas tiene tambien una playa espectacular. Los trabajadores del hotel son muy amables y serviciales. El restaurante Japonés que hay en el resort fue el que más nos gustó. Han sido unos días increíbles, ojalá podamos volver a venir en algun otro momento de nuestra vida.

Location perfetta, a pochi minutj dalla spiaggia., colazione ottima e molto varia, sia ooccidentale che giapponese. Consiglio anche di provare la cena al ristorante. Lo staff è estremamente disponibile, e nonostante pochi componenti parlino inglese si riesce a farsi capire senza problemi, anche grazie all'aiuto dei traduttori simultanei degli smartphone.

家族4人でコネクティングルームを利用しました。プールとジャグジー両方楽しめましたし、広々として快適でした。ただ、我が家がこちらのホテルに決めた一番の理由は電気自動車のレンタル。空港とホテルの往復はタクシー(ホテル負担)で、必要な時間だけホテルでレンタカー。料金も良心的でしたし、EVを運転してみたかった夫はゴキゲンでした。
