טוב אבל ציפיתי שיהיה לנו חוויה יותר טובה

לא אהבתי שאין שירות לחדרים ,ואין שירות בבריכה אתה צריכה לקום ולהביא כל פעם מה שאת/ה רוצה לבד אפילו עם כל כלול
זה מלון 5 כוכבים צריך לתת שירות יותר טוב

מים בחדרים כל פעם אם הבקבוק הסתיים אתה צריך למלא אותו מהמתקנים יש להם חוקים במלון עד עכשיו לא הבנתי אותם ולא הגיוני בכלל

מלון מעולה. מתוכנן טוב. האוכל היה טוב, במיוחד במסעדות שהן לא הבופה.פארק מים מעולה שמעסיק את הילדים מאוד. המשחקיות והגינת שעשועים גם נותנים מענה מצוין לילדים. ואחלה בריכות. חדרים גדולים עם חדר פנימי מופרד לילדים.

Cons:

הניקיון בחדרים לא היה משהו. סביר. הרגשנו שבגלל שבאנו בתחילת העונה החדר צבר אבק ולכלוך מכל החורף ולא ניקו כמו שצריך. בשאר המלון היה נקי כמו שמצפים ממלון כזה.

המלון חמוד מאוד, הצוות מקסים ומחייך ונראה שמקבלים ישראלים בפנים יפות. יש מה לאכול גם לשומרי כשרות ויש לא מעט אפשרויות.. החדרים נקיים וגדולים יחסית

לקחנו הכל כלול וזה לא באמת כלל את הקוקטיילים האהובים עלי כך שהיינו צריכים לשלם מחיר מלא ולהוסיף על מה שרציתי, כן יש הרבה אופציות אחרות שכלולות אבל יש גם הרבה שלא.. זה יותר מלון משפחות ופחות מתאים לזוג
