I do not recommend it!!!!
The staff at the reception need to retrain, how to be polite and informative. Also, there was last moment that ruined all positive feedback. First day the staff told that they gave me kind of compliment, but I didn’t specify because it’s usually always obvious. And there was a bottle of wine at the table. Another alcohol was in the fridge. And also at the table was a list of bar for which I must pay . I count it. So in the fridge was another bottle of wine and in the list it was mentioned only 1 bottle. However at the checkout the staff told me that it wasn’t a compliment and I must pay. I replied that it was kind of compliment, but I didn’t refuse to pay, it’s only 20 dollars wine. But the staff started kind of investigation like I conducted a crime. Another point is, when I asked do you have transfer to the airport they said yes, but it costs 3 times higher than usual taxi. Therefore for those who wanted nice stay

But I would highly recommend to come to visit restaurant, because the food was delicious. And girl working in the restaurant (with glasses) August 5 evening and August 7 morning was very good.

Cons:

Телевизор пора менять или хотя-бы подключить приставку. Старый тв ловит только аналоговый сигнал в плохом качестве. Во время ЧМ 2026 это большой минус.

Самые лучшие впечатления об отеле и городе Уральске.
Pros:

Прекрасный отель! Занимает красивое элегантное здание. Расположен удобно для прогулок по очень красивому историческому центру. Внимательный персонал, хорошие завтраки, ежедневная уборка.
