Место расположение отеля чудесное, сам отель и персонал отличные!
Pros:

Завтрак не понравился, подошли, а там все пусто

Cons:

Специально пришли пообедать, заказали борщ, оно было позавчерашнее, мясо в ней жесткое не прожевать, стейк/отбивные резиновые не прожевать и не вкусные!
Ресторан при отеле за все это завысил цену, за 2 человека заплатили 40 000 тг. Таких цен за 2 тарелки борща и 2 порции отбивных, нигде не видели, даже в столице! Было бы не обидно, если б было вкусно, но очень отвратительно. Повару позор!

Pros:

Всё было идеально!
Разрешили заехать в номер до 14.00 без доплаты!
Разрешили выехать из номера после 12.00 без доплаты!
Очень чуткий и отзывчивый персонал!!!

Cons:

Побольше розеток (есть только в спальне, и одна розетка на кухне, возле мойки, что крайне неудобно)!
