Al llegar a la habitación estaba sucia tenia polvo, y se veía que tenia rato que no se usaba, además que la publicación no corresponde a lo que pagué, me ofrecieron una vista a la montaña y en el hotel refieren que no tienen esas habitaciones o solo para ocasiones especiales las dan, entonces pague algo que no era

Cons:

Al llegar a la habitación, encontramos cucarachas y el váter no estaba limpio, lo cual nos generó una muy mala impresión desde el inicio de la estancia.

Posteriormente, acudí al bar del establecimiento para solicitar una banana y pera para mi hija, indicando que estaba dispuesto a pagarla. Sin embargo, el joven que atendía en la caja se negó a proporcionármela sin ofrecer ninguna explicación razonable.
