La vista de la habitación 414 limpieza muy bien, solo

la recepcion esta muy mal nada atentos, tanto en el check inn y peor en el check out. No te voltean a ver. Y no me han entregado mi factura y la tengo que deducir, no lo recomiendo por eso...

Esperaba mucho más por el precio que pagué

Lo que más me gusto fue la rapidez del check in y check out, solo que me gastaría que fuera mas personalizada la bienvenida y despedida, siento que son muy antipersonales, sin ser groseros, pero no soy muy atentos

Cons:

No me gusto que la habitación no tuviera ventanas y que no hay muchos señalamientos para el ingreso al Lobby del Hotel, tampoco me gusta que para llegar al lobby, debas de pasar por el estacionamiento por un camino estrecho y sin señalamientos de como llegar al lobby por primera vez, me perdí en el elevador y en la calle tratando de encontrar el hotel

Good base for seeing Monterrey but check for windows!
Pros:

The location, the size of our room, the shower, the views of tge mountains and sunsets.

Cons:

On arrival we were informed that because the hotel was fully booked we would be in a room with no windows. We made it clear that this was not acceptable. The Receptionist did then somehow find a double, but not king room, with windows. We think about a third of the hotel's rooms don't have windows. If that is a factor in booking check with the hotel before arriving.
After three weeks in different hotels in Mexico it was the first place that had no glasses, cups or coffee making facilities in the room.
