Está bien personal amable camas cómodas solo que no tiene hielo y si se ocupa nada de otro mundo el lugar está bien

Me encantó la habitación, y la ubicación!
Mi habitación era la mas sencilla asi que me toco sin ventana, pero no hay queja. Podrían mejorar las almohadas pero todo estuvo bien!
La vista y su terraza
El trato del personal era un poco indiferente y servicial con los huéspedes.

La ubicación es extraordinaria. La habitación muy amplia, moderna, limpia, confortable, con todo lo necesario (caja fuerte, mesa de trabajo, sillas de visita, etc), prácticamente inmejorable. Un detalle fantástico es que estaba totalmente oscura, lo cuál me permitió tomar una siesta como si fuera media noche, además de que las puertas son muy gruesas y no había nada de ruido, aunque pasaran gente por el pasillo. EXCELENTE. Cabe señala que me hospedé en una habitación interior, pues las que dan al exterior es imposible que estén oscura, por sus amplias ventanas de piso a techo y de pared a pared, que ya he estado en ellas y son totalmente diferentes. Considero MUY IMPORTANTE que, dependiendo del gusto de cada quien, elijan una u otra.

The rooms were so clean, nice and spacious.
The location is just perfect for a walk around the city centre.
I book this hotel for my wedding and it was lovely, so we decided to come back, this time with our kids.
I have 3 kids under 3. Well they told me I can’t stay in the same room with them and my husband. Because the rooms are just for 4 people. They let us stay in for this time but they told us it was the only time they could do it. So families with more than two little ones aren’t welcome here , which is insane.
On two occasions we got back late to the hotel and there wasn’t any one in the security booth to open for us and we have to walk up to the lobby to get help.
Reserve este hotel para mi boda y todo estuvo adorable, nosotros decidimos regresar ahora en este tiempo con nuestros niños.
Tenemos 3 niños abajo de tres años y ellos nos dijeron que no podíamos estar en la misma habitación, porque solo se permiten 4 personas en una habitación. Pero por esta única vez lo permitirían. Realmente han perdido nuestro negocio después de esto, venimos constantemente a vacacionar en Monterrey y a pesar de que este hotel nos había gustado definitivamente nuestra pequeña familia no podría estar separada.
