Pros:

Pelo preço baixo, e local no centro, agradou!
Alguns pontos que deixaram a desejar, o chuveiro não desliga automaticamente quando corta a água, tive que desligar no seletor antes de fechar a água. Qualidade dos colchões são ruins, venezianas não fecham completamente, deixando passar a luz no amanhecer. No mais tudo certo, café da manhã ok.

Pior hotel ja hospedado.
Pros:

Hotel decadente, pegamos uma suite, que de suite so porque tinha 2 quartos. Banheiro velho, tudo quebrado, azulejos caindo, porta do box nao abria. So salvou o bom colchao e o split q gelava bem.
Cafe da manha com suco de pozinho, tipo tang, da pra acreditar nisso?
Salvou o bom atendimento do.pessoal.
Um dos piores hoteis q ja ficamos em nossa vida, e olha que viajamos bastante.
Nao da pra acreditar que o Hoteis.Com venda um hotel desse nivel.Depois de instalados e q descobri que a rede OYO e uma rede indiana.
Nao recomendo mesmo.

Pros:

Foi uma pernoite.
Quarto sem controle para TV, cama não era confortável. Por ser 2,5* não tem ar condicionado.
Café da manhã também muito fraco, talvez por termos chegado no final do horário.

Pros:

Referente ao quarto 308:
Chuveiro elétrico sem temperatura intermediária, ou fervia ou saia gelada, além de sair apenas umas gotas.
Ventilador de teto sem a chave para controle de velocidade
Não foi arrumado o quarto, saímos de manhã e voltamos à noite sem nenhuma limpeza e arrumação.
No café da manhã, ao invés de suco de frutas, era suco de saquinho. Inadmissível que um hotel utilize este tipo de produto no café da manhã. Inclusive pq não era uma diária barata, estava dentro do padrão de preço inclusive de gramado.
Não recomendaria de jeito nenhum.
