The Manager Ely is very nice and helpful and worked with us on check in because we arrived late coming from out if state.
No issues, we are enjoying our stay.

Not a good place to stay at
Nothing to many people just walking around

The front office has weird hours..if your flight is late or early you will not be able to check in your room.
took $50 off my debit card.
"On our first day at the place, we didn't even have the chance to settle in-it wasn't even fifteen minutes before I noticed someone walking back and forth near the front door. Then, they kept stopping right at the door and bumping into it, in an intentional manner. About an hour after that, they were pacing again but decided to peek in and look directly at us through the window. Someone who was with me got terrified and asked me to close the blinds. A few days later, between all the heavy weed smoking and nosey, staring guests from the other rooms, the same guy from our first day began to harass us; he complained about everything to the front office and confronted us, even when we were not too loud or whatever. I don't want to be petty, so I won't say his room number but he is on the second floor in the back of the building; the one who singled out one of the people in the room with me and hangs over the banister with their friend, just rudely staring. Also, I was scared one night when I went out the car for something; I thought I was going to get jumped or something when someone parked two spaces away, turned off their car, and didn't budge. When I got to the stairs, I heard them get out of the car, which made me very uncomfortable. Was I in danger or was that just a coincidence?
I cannot end this review without mentioning the rules being broken: the terrible contradiction of how the website states that rooms are family-friendly and non-smoking, yet the guests get away with smoking weed 24/7, and you can smell it when you pass their rooms. Or a yapping dog, particularly at night, when the rules are no dogs... So yeah, overall, the hotel is pretty and I do like admire the fact that the staff goes out of their way to do things now, such as to exterminate. The beds are very comfortable and makes sleeping more enjoyable than usual. It just feels slightly unsafe when it comes to the other guests.
roaches everywhere so nothing
the roaches
Nothing it had bed bugs
DIDN'T EVEN FURNISH TOILET PAPER
I was planning to spend 10 days. After checking in, i saw my room. there were bugs crawling everywhere. the cabinets were broken and the fridge didnt work. I stepped in the bathroom and the entire floor was wet. the toilet was leaking all over the floor. I found another hotel and went to check out. I had been there a total of 45 minutes and they refused to refund. I told them to at least find me a new room then with a working bathroom. They said no and told me they'd get someone to fix the toilet the next morning. um what? the counter clerk then threatened me and laughed saying "good luck getting your money back this company doesn't care".
i got an uber and left immediately. Even the uber driver told me he didnt like picking people up from this hotel because there was a lot of drug dealers.
the pictures are blatant false advertising. DO NOT stay here even if the price is $10 a night.
I got a room for a week and it was crazy. This guy who has been there for a while was bullying all of the other people there. Telling them where to park and stuff. He pepper sprayed 2 people while I was there just for parking in "his spot". He also pepper sprayed an employee for trying to clean his room, and the manager quit instead of dealing with him. This place clearly doesn't care about guest, or staff, safety and will tolerate violent people staying there and threatening guests. You get what you pay for, and this really isn't worth the price.
The place is disgusting. The whole building smells of stale urine and mold. There are bugs (dead and alive) everywhere. The staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. They get angry if you ask for help. They won't hesitate to hang up on you if they don't want to deal an issue. We booked for a month for a business trip and had to pay in advance so there was no way around staying there as they refused to refund. I hope the place crumbles to the ground.
30 minutes still not checked in, they have computer issues with late check in, never again . Incompetent...is the only word that describes it. Have reservation, confirmed reservation , booked direct with hotel
