Not a place for older people.
Pros:

Didn’t know we wouldn’t have staff for needs. No help for luggage and we are old.

We think this is the best place out of the many inns we have stayed in Solvang.

No breakfast. (We have stayed at other Solvang properties that gave us a coupon for a pastry and drink at Birkholm's.
This would be a good way to provide some food without having the mess of serving a breakfast.)

Amazing July 4th weekend
Pros:

Vibes were immaculate. Free little wine tasting Saturday? Hell yeah. Four pillows instead the standard two? Locked in. Comfortable bed ? Absolutely. We stayed in room #3. Banger. Shower has faucet on opposite side so you DONT HAVE TO FREEZE while it warms up. Love this hotel, amazing. Whoever runs this ship is a true Captain. Shoutout to you and your staff.

Great experience and location
Pros:

Great location to get to the shops and places to eat. Room was comfortable and had everything we needed. Loved the different light settings and the large bathroom. Easy check in and out process. Would definitely stay here again.

This place needs some work.
Pros:

Invisible service thing does not work. Had various problems with check-in, being put on hold, and the code not working. Check in is outside and it was a very hot day. AC didnt work and nobody to really talk to about issues. They say to text them with issues but took 45 minutes for them to respond. (a front desk would be WAYYYYYYY better.
