Pros:

I really liked the hotel’s location on top of Highland Drive. The available underground secure parking was a great feature. The hotel was clean, and the affordable price made my visit to Victoria even more enjoyable. The staff were very respectful, and it was a quiet place to stay. The bed was comfortable, and everything was clean.

Cons:

There was no toothpaste or slippers provided, and I would have preferred more lighting in the room.

Pros:

Huge rooms with the most comfortable bed! Loved the fireplace and the balcony overlooking the golf course—it was cold in December, but if we stay in the summer, it would be perfect out there. Room was clean and nicely decorated—felt like a nice apartment.

Cons:

Can’t think of anything negative!

Beautiful hotel, clean and affordable.
Pros:

The location is excellent really close to the main attractions we were there to visit family in Langford, so this location was perfect.

Cons:

Everything was really good. I cannot think any particular aspect because we were greatly satisfied with the facilities and amenities in the hotel. The staff was very helpful,corteous and friendly

Pros:

Very clean, large room, lovely linens and towels. Enjoyed the soaps and shampoo. The coffee maker in the lobby was a nice find. It was a poor choice since we were there for a medical appt at VGH and the traffic in the morning was horrendous
If you have an appt in the city best to stay somewhere else

Cons:

The front desk staff were not friendly or welcoming, but did give me the information I needed. The location is very difficult to find. There are no facilities/very limited for places to eat or buy anything

Accommodation was good but having to pay extra for parking and no breakfast made it too expensive for us

Golfhotel
Pros:

Hotel direkt am Golfplatz, Zimmer riesig und sauber, hoher Standard.

Cons:

Mini-Lobby ohne Aufenthaltsqualität. Entweder wir hatten am zweiten Tag feuchte Handtücher bekommen oder die benutzten wurden vom Boden einfach wieder hochgehängt. Die versprochenen Küchenausstattung gab es nur auf Nachfrage und auch nur widerwillig. Parkhaus muss gebucht werden, da es keinerlei öffentliche Parkplätze in der Nähe gibt. Leider war der Balkon wegen des Klimageräts (Lärm) nicht nutzbar.
