A lovely place to stay
Pros:

The room was spacious and beautifully decorated with lovely views. I loved the big soaker bathtub.

Liked the size of the room and the beds

Cons:

The bathroom could have been cleaner there was dirty areas on the floor, the fan had brown marks on it possible rust. The toilet seat was too small for the toilet and the toilet was low. Most toilets I ever sat on are higher. It would have been nice to have a night light that would come on during the night.

Nice but I would not return
Pros:

Very pretty location

Cons:

It was very far away from any restaurants -the one on location closes early-so if you missed that window -then it was a long/dark drive down a twisty road

The ac Made a lot of noise! Switched on by itself at 5am, made sleeping very difficult, informeer staff could resolve it for a moment but at 5am started again..

Pros:

I am a wheelchair user - the hotel foyer was wheelchair accessible with lots of space. Our room was not specifically an adapted room but was very spacious and worked well for me. The room was clean, warm and quiet. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. We had an excellent stay - thank you

Cons:

Only one duvet bedding set - it would be nice to have additional set for those who don’t share duvet. No kitchen staples like salt, pepper and oil. Pillows are too wide and hard.

Usually good but not the best experience this time
Pros:

I normally have a great stay at this property. It’s quiet and clean and I get a very good nights sleep

Cons:

During this stay I was on the first floor and it was quite loud. There was a lot of hallway noise, dogs barking, kids running. I did not experience that previously and the demographic of the guests was different. It seems as though management may have changed.

It was clean, comfortable beds, pleasant staff, secure underground parking.

Cons:

EV charger didn’t work, no hottub unless you pay a hefty charge on top of a considerable room rate to use the one in the development, no robes (advertised as having), a/c heating system (adjacent rooms) were so noisy you couldn’t open a door to enjoy the fresh air, kitchenette had no sink but 6’ of counter space to use, the mini fridge whined intermittently all night trying to keep things cold. I couldn’t wait to get out of there.

Pros:

Large room, great view and location. I have stayed there 3 times now and always happy with this hotel. Great restaurant near by as well.

Cons:

Check in receptionist was very rude. Staff the rest of the week were great though.
