Amazing landscaping, well kept. Well maintained pools!

Cons:

Room can use an update mainly a new shower head (I did not fit under plus it wasn’t very pleasant showering. Sleeping sofa extremely noisy, can also use an update.

Pros:

We're eaten at Castaways many times and finally was able to stay at your Resort. Absolutely will be back.

Cons:

Our shower for a day and a half Did Not Work. Plumber came and finally repaired. Room 515.
Also RAN OUT OF BEACH TOWELS AND WOULDN'T GIVE US BATH TOWELS IN REPLACEMENT! Still not understanding that! Office told us they couldn't give us bath towels!! WHY???

Pros:

Was not ready as promised Terrible Customer Service with assisting with that. The balcony/lanai We’re supposed to have furniture and you couldn’t even fit one chair on there. That’s just the start

Relax
Pros:

We were there to relax and that’s what we did. Good food at Castaways. Morning coffee on the oceanfront. Best was cooling off in the pool floating away.

Pros:

Excellent location, hotel is on the beach & close to shops & restaurants. Nice grounds & restaurant. Room underwhelming, dated, broken phone, & washer/dryer can’t be used. Beware there is a murphy bed in the dining room which means you have to move the dining set each day. This wasn’t provided in room description when we booked.

It was my first time in Maui and when I come back I will try to book here again.
Pros:

Our room was maybe one of the furthest from the beach, but only a short 3-4 minute walk to a nice sandy beach. Compared to the other nearby resorts, the beach here was less crowded, especially during the 4th of July weekend. We spent a little extra (20-25$ a night) for a more updated room, and it was well worth the money. The room was up-to-date and modern. The kitchen was very usable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The Castaway Cafe had better quality cocktails than some of the places we had visited such as the popular, Monkeypod.

Cons:

The laundry facilities are old. The fitness center was well-equipped with various strength training equipment compared to other hotels I have stayed at, but some of the machines could use maintenance, such as cable machines not having a smooth action.

I highly recommend this beautiful property, which is a great value and great location
Pros:

This place is excellent. The location is perfect, the condos are large, spacious, and perfect for making your own food and having enough room to spread out a bit. The pool area was fun for the kids as well. We didn’t try the restaurant but would like to next time.
