Find somewehere else, if you want to enjoy the beach at peace, this is not the place.
Pros:

The facilities are OK, nothing super impressive. The beach is only a short walk away and it is close to the restaurants in Palm Beach. Gym is decent and the pool as well. Did not spend any time at the pool though with the great beaches you can visit in Aruba. Jose, one of their doorman, is great with a lot of great recomendations.

Cons:

The hotel has a main issue with their staff, they are very unfriendly and will never live up to your request. They have a serious issue at the beach, where they only have 15 umbrellas and you will need to show up VERY early to find a good spot. On top of that the bach staff sells the umbrellas to non hotel guest, there has been serious trouble at the beach with non US guest. The beach location is VERY small, and they also dont have a bar at the beach, just food delivered that 90% of the time they screw up the order, and they do not sell acoloholic bevarages, so foget about having a beer at the beach. On top of that, they have a rental site right next to the very few umbrellas and chairs at the beach, which can be annoying at times.
The service at the restaurant is terrible, it took several times for me to get up just to get a menu, and 25 minuntes for a capuccino. On top of that, they add a 15% service charge just because, it does not matter if you have received a good service. Even though the restaurant closes at 1030, the icea cream shack closes at 10, reasons unknown and non sense. One night we had to rush our order at 930 cause staff was leaving.
It was not an unpleasent stay, but I would not stay here again at all. Several guests complained about the same issues.

Very expensive and not too nice
Pros:

Breakfast was very good. However looks like everyone was expecting a tip from you, which was a little uncomfortable.

Cons:

The rooms are very close to the other rooms and despite I complain about the noise at 2 am and request a change of a room. The staff didn't provide any help.

Pros:

I had a great time at the courtyard by Marriott/ the mills! The bartender jordanis was fabulous with custom drinks and so friendly and nice, the pina colada premium she makes omg, she made my birthday extra special! Would definitely go back, if you go please don’t skip the bar it’s top 10, she’s has a great personality and make you feel welcomed.

The Mills-courtyard by Marriott. This was a great experience, the staff were very friendly, polite and knowledgeable. Want to give a big shout out to Jordanis for her impeccable service. She is the best. I would definitely recommend and visit the property again with staff like Jordanis.

Pros:

Great atmosphere! Our bartender Jordanis was AWESOME!!!! She endured my party and I was always good. She made some bomb drinks! So Impressed with her customer service & demeanor. I mean the entire staff was GREAT but I spent quite a lot of time by the bar…. With her lol. I love it there!

Jordan’s is amazing.
Pros:

We spent a lot of time at the bar and Jordanis was amazing. She made sure are drinks kept coming. She made my wife and i’s drinks perfectly. They tasted amazing. We watched her run circles around the others behind the bar as well as outside the bar serving tables. She has a very friendly demeanor with everyone. Our food was also amazing. I can’t say enough good about her.

El desayuno es muy completo, el personal es super amable y el transfer a la playa tiene muy buena frecuencia, si bien se podría ir a pie tranquilamente, cuando hace tanto calor este servicio se valora.

Hotel muy recomendable
Pros:

Nuestra estadía en The Mill - Courtyard by Marriot fue excelente. El hotel es genial y superó nuestras expectativas. Todo el personal fue increíblemente amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar, haciendo que nos sintiéramos bienvenidos desde el primer momento. Las instalaciones están muy bien cuidadas, son cómodas y ofrecen todo lo necesario para disfrutar de unas vacaciones relajantes.

Uno de los mayores atractivos es su ubicación: la zona de Palm beach con una variedad de restaurantes y lugares para salir de fiesta, la playa está muy cerca, tienes espacio con sillas y sombrillas, se llega en carro de golf en dos minutos (el hotel tiene el transporte para sus huéspedes), y es realmente hermosa, con aguas cristalinas y un ambiente perfecto para descansar.

En general, solo tenemos comentarios positivos sobre este hotel. Sin duda volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí y lo recomendamos a cualquiera que visite Aruba.
