Clean room
Poor service and hospitality when son hurt himself at the pool on a rustic drainage cover. Very limited options on menu due to availability.
I had a pleasant stay at Bayang Bay Hotel. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made the overall experience even more enjoyable. The room and facilities were comfortable, making it a nice place to relax after a long day.
The only downside for me was the location, which wasn’t as convenient as I had hoped. Aside from that, everything else was great and I would still consider staying here again.
I like the view from hotel room.. Very nice
No
Clean and tidy hotel.
Near to the beach. Beach was clean.
Friendly and helpful staff.
Quite far but still ok
10 mins drive to feringgi. But in front of hotel there is a beach.
Great service and location was lovely.
Cleaniless could be better. There were cockroaches in the room.
The environment and view is good for rileks
However, the lobby area, restaurant and cafe have no air-conditioning. Even the weather is hot. Water in the bathroom is also slow even if the shower there has little water and no water at the sink. Have reported to the receptionist till 3 times and the reason is the same the technical team has to look without notice or updates until the ladies reception comes and checks. Thank you to pregnant women.with kind assistance.
Rooms are clean
Nothing much
Good place to stay
Place is good and clean, comfortable bed.
Some staff were abit cold, slow service, lack of hospitality. It was very hot at the hotel lobby and in the room, air conditions were quite poor.
So called partially sea view but non
Bedsheet dirty
Whole night water sounds on roof top room 1207. If the hotel fully booked don't sell rundown room to ur guest.

My room was very comfortable and I enjoyed very much using the swimming pool.
There were no lights on the bed to enable me to read my book at night. Also, the food was very disappointing. I was the only one in the dining room the first night I was there - it was Ramadan and so apparently that was why no one else was there. I did not go there again. The cafe on the ground floor near Reception was never staffed when I was wanting a drink or a cake, so I went without.
