From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.

Pros:

1. Spacious room

Cons:

1. Wardrobe can't slide fully
2. Toilet Exhaust fan very noisy
3. Staff did not inform there was a welcome drink, wifi code and food discount vouchers . Only realise next morning when went down for breakfast.

Pros:

Sangat bersih.. staff semua terbaik, mesra dengan pelanggan. Facilities pun semua lengkap ada (playroom for kids, 3 jenis pool, gym, business room, lobi cantik). Pantai pun dekat je dengan hotel, siap ada service buggy car untuk bawa customer dari hotel ke pantai. Harga sangat la berpatutan include breakfast.

Please more alert in customer safety
Pros:

The breakfast good and verity.

Cons:

Im not sure what to call this thing at the bathroom maybe air fan suddenly drop on the toilet boil lucky that time i just finish using the toilet bowl . I did inform the receptionist about this matter and he only react like nothing happens. Just be careful ya and i hope nothing bad happened to other customer.
