We spent two blocks of time at this wonderfully run hotel about 15 minutes from the heart of Cambridge. It is an impeccably clean and well managed Hilton property. The staff was gracious and very accommodating, specific recognition goes to Ash More at the front desk and Alicia in the restaurant. The breakfast was spectacular, with fresh eggs made to order, devine croissants, and a machine with multiple types of coffee at the push of a button. The restaurant for dinner was also very good — the salmon and the fish and chips in particular. We stayed in the duplex apartment which was very functional for our family with its kitchen, two-zone AC which was key during the heatwave and a glorious rain shower. All the way around, The Fellows Hotel in Cambridge was a five-star experience which made our trip to celebrate our son’s graduation from the University of Cambridge all the more pleasurable!!!
Stylish and comfortable hotel with lovely pool and spa/gym area. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast. Price seems pretty fair for what you get. Would definitely stay again.
It was clean
There house keepers are thief’s I left my husbands very expensive shirt on the bed called hotel straight away and they said sorry house keeping didn’t find it I no it was there they were very rude on the phone
Camere spaziose e accoglienti, struttura elegante, ottima colazione
Qualche macchia su poltrone e moquette
Nice hotel, moet things were ok. Cozy common area and comfortable rooms.
We were three, but our room wasn't ready so we had to wait for someone to come by and setup the sleep sofa. It was done quickly and it was alright, but not perfect.
Clean, comfortable and had a kitchenette in the room. Very handy. Lovely breakfast and dinner was delicious. Swimming pool is small but adequate, with a steam room and sauna. Town is about a twenty minute walk or taxi costs around £8.
There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.
Excellent service offering at the Fellows
Staff where very friendly room very clean and nice facilities
Was charged twice for stay. Hotel have no record of payment.
Comfortable bedding, good fitness facilities, accommodate to our needs
A bit far from city centre
This is my second stay at the Fellows in Cambridge and it is a hotel I will keep coming back to as it’s a very luxurious hotel with great restaurants and great members of staff. Thank you to Ash at reception for his cheerful and welcoming nature and helping me and my partner checking in when we stayed in my birthday.
In error I booked an "accessible" room, with space and bathroom configured accordingly. This was not what we needed, or wanted. Fortunately, the hotel staff managed to move us for our second night. We are appreciative and grateful for this. The second room was perfect for us.
The hotel is outside the city centre -- but only a 15 minute, and pleasant, walk away. It has the benefit of on-site, protected parking as a result. Fantastic, but at £24 per day, this seems expensive.
Hotel staff were very nice and helpful, breakfast was always plentiful (but cold) and we were disappointed on some of the hottest days in the summer the pool was closed! It was one of the reasons we chose this hotel for the pool. For the price we paid £220 a night, £17 for breakfast and £24 for a day parking this is not a cheap hotel at all and you would expect all the amenities to work
All good the stay was pleasant
