Cons:

We had an issue with our AC and reported it to reception but no one came. The spa facilities are average.

Very good. Really enjoyed ourselves.
Pros:

Food, room, service all excellent.

Cons:

Swimming Pool is not really a pool - shouldn’t be advertised as one. Just a big Jaccuzi really.

Parking very expensive and Booking.com website is misleading.

Both of these mean we won’t come again.

Also room not attended to on our 2nd day there.
