De locatie is heel prettig en makkelijk te bereiken

Cons:

De hygeïne in onze kamer en vooral de badkamer was afschuwelijk. Verschrikkelijke schimmel bij de douche met lekkage. Het gordijn ging niet helemaal dicht van onze kamer. Ze hebben 24/7 fel licht bij het zwembad waardoor we enorm slecht geslapen hadden en totaal geen privacy voelde.

Pros:

Era muy cómoda la habitación y estaba en pleno centro (donde están todos los comercios), y a solo 2 minutos a pie del puerto. Podías alquilar la bicicleta en el mismo hotel. El personal muy amable.

Cons:

Había bastantes hormigas en la habitación y el agua caliente de la ducha no funcionaba demasiado bien.

Friendly staff, a lovely place, and a perfect stay in Gili Air.
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay in Gili Air. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed. The accommodation had a lovely atmosphere, and everything was clean and comfortable. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the island. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend it.

Nothing. Everything went smoothly, and we really enjoyed our stay.

La camera non era pulita: abbiamo trovato numerose ragnatele, lenzuola macchiate (che sono state sostituite dopo averlo richiesto) e persino una blatta enorme in bagno.

Il problema più grande, però, è stato il rumore. Si sentivano chiaramente i rumori degli altri ospiti e, durante la notte, anche i canti provenienti dalla moschea, talmente forti da sembrare all’interno della nostra stanza. Inoltre, le tende non erano per nulla oscuranti: appena sorgeva il sole, la stanza diventava completamente illuminata.

Struttura piuttosto datata, non è da considerare un 4 stelle.

In sintesi, purtroppo non siamo riusciti a riposarci affatto. Tra rumore, luce, scarsa pulizia e poca accoglienza, l’esperienza è stata decisamente deludente.

Emplacement idéal à proximité de tout. Nous logions côté villas c'était très tranquille et confortable.

Cons:

Je n'ai aucune critique à faire sur cet établissement, bon je dirais que le linge de lit manquait un peu de netteté mais c'était très bien.

L’emplacement est idéal, proche de la plage, des tortues, de l’embarcadère et des plages de l’Ouest pour le coucher de soleil. Beaucoup de commerce, café et restaurant à proximité.

Propreté de la chambre, photo sur l’annonce de Booking, qui ne reflète pas du tout les chambres que l’on a eu
