Buon soggiorno a un prezzo conveniente, ma Wi-Fi poco affidabile.
Pros:

Struttura semplice ma pulita, con un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. La posizione è molto comoda, a circa 5 minuti a piedi dal porto, e il personale è gentile e disponibile.

È possibile richiedere le pulizie quotidianamente, l’aria condizionata funziona bene e l’acqua calda è sempre disponibile. Presente anche l’asciugacapelli, cosa non sempre scontata negli alloggi della zona.

Cons:

La connessione Wi-Fi è decisamente da migliorare: durante il soggiorno si è dimostrata molto instabile. Se dovete lavorare da remoto e avete bisogno di una connessione affidabile, non è la soluzione più indicata.

Pros:

It was in a really great location just off the main street close to eateries and stores, and very close to the port for walking with heavy luggage. The villa was very cosy and we really enjoyed it, we went back to stay twice during a few weeks in Gili Air. The staff are very nice and helpful, you can drop luggage early, there's a pool for relaxing if you don't feel like the beach, it's all great.

Cons:

We really enjoyed our stay , the only thing we both agreed that the ceiling/beams in the villa could do with a clean because sometimes some dust or a dead fly would fall from there.

Good location, but the property needs some improvements
Pros:

The location is great, close to the harbour and within easy reach of restaurants and other places around Gili Air. The bathroom was also a highlight, with excellent water pressure and hot water that worked quickly and consistently.

Cons:

Honestly, the property feels quite outdated. Although it’s advertised as a villa, the overall appearance and facilities feel rather old and could benefit from some updates. There are several villas within the property and a small shared pool.

The air conditioning in our villa wasn’t cooling properly, which made staying inside during the hot afternoon quite uncomfortable. There was also construction happening right next door, and the noise really affected the peaceful holiday atmosphere we were hoping for.

Overall, the location is convenient, but the comfort and atmosphere could definitely be improved, especially for guests looking for a relaxing island getaway.

Es gab eine mir unbekannte Buchung für dieses Hotel, die offenbar nicht von mir vorgenommen worden war und einen Zeitraum betraf, in dem ich nicht mehr auf der Insel war. Dass es zu dieser Unstimmigkeit gekommen ist, kann ich dem Hotel nicht unbedingt anlasten.

Am Morgen meiner geplanten Abreise, gegen 9:00 Uhr, suchte ich die Rezeption auf, um den Sachverhalt zu klären. Leider wurde ich zunächst wenig freundlich empfangen. Die Klärung zog sich in die Länge, da der erste Mitarbeiter offenbar Schwierigkeiten im Umgang mit dem Buchungssystem hatte. Erst nach einiger Zeit kam ein weiterer Mitarbeiter hinzu, der jedoch ebenfalls eher abweisend reagierte.

Gerade in einer solchen Situation hätte ich mir einen kompetenten, freundlichen und lösungsorientierten Service gewünscht. Mir ist bewusst, dass die Mitarbeiter möglicherweise nur begrenzten Einfluss auf die letztendliche Entscheidung bezüglich der Buchung hatten. Ein höflicher Umgang, Verständnis für die Situation und eine professionelle Kommunikation wären dennoch angemessen gewesen.

Mein Kritikpunkt ist daher weniger die ungeklärte Buchung selbst als vielmehr der Umgang mit meinem Anliegen an der Rezeption. Hier hätte ich deutlich mehr Serviceorientierung und Kundenfreundlichkeit erwartet.

Quiet oasis in the heart of Gili Air

The location was fantastic. So close to Main Street but super quiet. The single bungalows were very charming.

Cons:

I loved the accomodation. It would have been nice to have the bins emptied, water topped up and cups washed.

One of the most beautiful hotels I have stayed at.
Pros:

We booked the villa which i highly recommend, offers privacy, wonderful pool view and the interior is so beautiful, especially the bathroom.
