De ontvangst was stroef zonder veel uitleg of welkomstdrank. Internet zwak en enkel in het centraal gedeelte. De weg naar het hotel is een steile klim langswaar een paar onvriendelijke honden je opwachten. Een stok is handig om ze op afstand te houden. Het zwembad kan je moeilijk een volwaardig zwembad noemen.

Las vistas son maravillosas! Tanto de la terraza común con piscina como de la privada que tiene cada cabaña. El personal fue super agradable y nos ayudó con todo que necesitábamos. La comida también fue muy buena.

El camino para subir al hotel es de dificil acceso para los coches. Terracería.

El entorno es súper tranquilo y rodeado de vegetación.
La cama es súper cómoda y todo está muy limpio.
El personal es súper amable y atento, nos dieron algunos consejos de la zona y estuvieron siempre pendientes de nosotros y nuestras necesidades.
Éramos los únicos huéspedes esos días así que toda la piscina era para nosotros y era muy agradable volver poder darnos una ducha y disfrutar de la piscina.
Volveremos a este hotel sin duda!
Lo único que me gustó poco fue el camino hacia el hotel de noche porque falta iluminación y hay una pendiente bastante pronunciada pero esto es habitual en San Agus y más si quieres hospedarte en hoteles bonitos.
An absolute dream of a hotel! Gorgeously decorated in a rustic style, it sits on a hillside where you can see and hear the ocean from everywhere. It takes about 10 minutes to get to the beach by walking down the hill. The garden is kept immaculately, full of flowers and palm trees. Rooms are greatly and beautifully equipped, quiet, with A/C and fan, and very comfortable bed. Staff went above and beyond to help us out with our stay and even planning our holiday. Couldn't recommend it more, a true paradise.

The stairs up to the hotel might not be so accessible for the severely out of shape (Americans), and rooms could have a Minibar or a communal fridge to keep drinks cool

Bedding wasn’t changed, no simple food or hot beverage prep was possible in the room. Dogs barking every night.
It says on here that breakfast is 220 pesos, but in reality it's a la carte and quite expensive.
There was an infestation of red ants in my room and also that there are no mini fridges in the room to be able to keep cold drinks at least. The view is incredible and the property very quiet with a lot of greenery and birds and butterflies, but that's also because it is very far up the hill. On Booking it says it is 50m from the beach and it's definitely not, quite the hike to get between the beach and the hotel up in the hills.
The location.
It is not a hotel. Its an air bnb with one local woman on duty. Only Mexican spoken Our sheets were not changed in 6days and we were the only guests. Towels were nylon and changed to old cotton when i complained but with holes in . The open plastic bin was where we were expected to deposit used loopaper as its an ecohotel. Bare in mind this was changed once a day and the bathroom is open onto the bedroom. It is not sanitary.
No fridge to keep water cool at 35 degrees. No tea or coffee facility. No wifi in the rooms. Staff there until 6 so after no water tea or coffee snacks available. It is a very steep climb on rough terrain with barking dogs and 64 steep steps and no bannister or lights at night. You have to be fit. If you order breakfast or meals you are expected to pay in cash on the dot and there are No banks nearby. An atm that kept running out.
But the gardens and the view are spectacular.
