Pasamos bien, pero la calidad ha bajado.
Pros:

La playa es muy bonita. Ha bajado la calidad en la comida. El café del desayuno es feo, y eso que el hotel está bien posicionado. Los meseros son amables, pero necesitan capacitación en el servicio al cliente y al cuarto.

Cons:

El café. Si yo pedía una taza para hacer té en el cuarto, solamente me llevaban la taza sin paila.
Se necesitan ganchos para colgar ropa mojada.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Garten Hotel in El Zonte, and it was nothing short of a dream. From the moment we arrived, I knew we had chosen the right place for a relaxing and rejuvenating getaway.

The villa itself is beautifully designed, blending modern luxury with the natural beauty of El Salvador. The spacious open-plan living area is flooded with light, thanks to large windows that offer stunning views of the lush surroundings. Whether you’re lounging inside or relaxing on the terrace, the sound of the waves in the distance is incredibly soothing.

One of the highlights of the villa is the private pool, which was the perfect place to cool off after a day exploring the nearby beaches. Speaking of which, the villa is just a short walk from the pristine surf breaks that El Zonte is famous for. If you're into surfing or just love the ocean, this location is ideal.

The kitchen is fully equipped with top-notch appliances. We also had access to a lovely outdoor dining area, perfect for enjoying meals while taking in the incredible sunsets.

What truly made the stay special, however, was the hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home, offering local tips and ensuring our stay was as comfortable as possible.

The hotel is pretty nice. It has a nice beach front, but not in front of el zonte surf spot.
We stayed at the villas and are beautiful with a small private pool.

We didn’t know that there was another common pool where the villas were. Nobody told us. We saw it on our last day. It was a shame but ok.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Garten Hotel. The property was clean, stylish, and well-maintained. The atmosphere was relaxing, and we especially appreciated the great hospitality from the staff. The bar was a fun spot to unwind in the evenings, and the breakfast was delicious each morning

Cons:

One thing we would have liked is the option for late-night meals or snacks within the hotel. After a long day, it would have been nice to have more food choices available later in the evening (after hours)

We love Garten Zonte! Comfortable large room, delicious food, good drinks, stunning pool with ocean views, staff is ready for any requests and delivers quickly with a smile and always so friendly. The beach below is spectacular. The resident parakeet Pistachio completely made my day flying on my shoulder and giving me a smooch!!! We can’t wait to return for our wedding on the rooftop patio next year:)

La atención de los desayunos con menús especiales y que inclusive todos los meseros y encargados durante el día en restaurante estaban pendientes de las restricciones alimentarias que poseíamos al pedir bebidas, excelente atención y trato

La única sugerencia que incluso les comente en persona es que sentí el suelo de la ducha un poco resbaladiza, por seguridad sería mejor colocar antideslizantes
