Our stay was really gud,,reception staff are wonderful, at reception there was a senior person who spoke to us well &

House keeping staff,,they are not at all gud,, hotel is really gud but if the house keeping staff maintain the standards than hotel will be more clean & improve a lot

Good stay, but pathetic complimentary breakfast
Pros:

It was located right at one of the primary beaches, helicopter and submarine museum. There are good restaurants around. Room was spacious.

Cons:

Breakfast was too bad. Idly was like rubber. Tea that we pay for is made well, but the one as part of breakfast was watery and tasteless. The aloo paratha was soggy, sandwiches had a dry bread. Semiya and rice payasam had absolutely no sugar. I had to put 2 packets of sugar and eat a bit of it. I am not sure of the idea of making payasam without sugar. Absolutely terrible breakfast!!

Pros:

For location purposes I reserve the hotel

Cons:

I booked room for 2days
Due to the hotel room conditions and terrible smoking smell in the bathroom
And No lock for washroom and towels are in a very horrible condition and bedsheets are in bad condition
Finally the Breakfast which is complimentary was tasteless and no proper management
And I left the hotel within 24hrs which I was book for 2days ( loss of money)
No dont book the room with reviews and it's my humble request to all
Management it's high time u guys rectify the issue and put ur hotel in maintaining well
