Lugnt o skönt

Cons:

Betalade extra för senare utcheckning ändå slutade mitt kort fungera så jag fastnade i hissen, inte kom in i rummet, fick ta tid att uppdatera kortet, samt att städerskan kom in trots jag betalt extra + hängt ”stör ej” på dörren för att få lite extra tid.

Hade hoppats på att ha ett rum lite högre upp än 2:a våningen.

Frukosten var bra.

Cons:

Rummet. Slitet färg saknades på väggarna. Mattan äcklig. Skulle ingå morgonrock och tofflor. Morgonrocken urtvättad och äcklig. Tofflorna fick vi be om.
En lampa hade en farlig elkabel. Det var kallt i rummet. Höjde temperaturen men den fungerade inte.

Cons:

Přestože jsem při příjezdu informoval, že jsem přijel vozem, recepční mi nesdělila, že parkovné musí být uhrazeno hned při příjezdu. Druhý den jsem našel pokutu ve výši 600 kr. Přestože bylo parkování poskytováno externí firmou, parkoval jsem v garáži v rámci hotelu a měl jsem na to být upozorněn hned při příjezdu.

Bra hotell centralt i Helsingborg
Pros:

Bra och tyst rum. Behaglig värme och sköna sängar. Lämnade innan frukosten öppnade men vi fick med oss frukostpåsar.
Bra garage i källaren. Bra restaurang och trevlig personal.

Cons:

Inget att klaga på.

Frukosten och den trevliga personalen

Cons:

Vi bokade ett dubbelrum med frukost till ett bra pris. Sedan fick vi tre mail där ni påtalade att rummet var för litet. Fråga varför säljer ni ett enkelrum som dubbelrum, det fanns bara en läslampa vid sängarna, vilket skulle informerats.
Fick erbjudande att uppgradera men är för mig ett märkligt beteende.
