Cons:

Det var inte välstädat, rummen kändes ofräscha med fläckar och halvtrasiga saker. Duschslangen sprutade vatten från alla håll, fläckar på matta, sängkappa, väggarna. Lite småtråkigt med ett så pass nytt hotell och så gammal elektronik och inredning.

Cons:

Nous avons reçu une amende dès notre arrivée! Car le parking se paie dès l’entrée de la voiture et non après la sortie comme partout en Europe. Et le personnel n’a pas pris la peine de nous expliquer cela. Et ils n’ont pas bougé le petit doigt pour retirer l’amende! Soit disant que le parking ne leur appartenait pas! Alors qu’il se trouvait au sous-sol de l’hôtel!

Pros:

Great location for taking ferries. Nice variety at breakfast.

Cons:

Vibe a bit too corporate for family vacation, this is clearly a business hotel. Couldn't charge rooftop bar tab to room.

Schönes Hotel mit enttäuschendem Service und Housekeeping

Tolle Lage am Hafen, schönes Frühstück

Cons:

Schlechter Service (keine Gepäckwagen verfügbar auch auf Nachfrage - „Suchen sie doch mal in der Tiefgarage“, kein Gepäckservice; nicht funktionierender Abfluss im ersten Zimmer (inkl. Geruch…),

Gästegläser mit Lippenstift der Vorbewohner; im nächsten Zimmer schmutzige Bettwäsche und fehlende Zahnputzgläser, Gästegläser fehlen auch, Riegel in der Minibar von vorher angebissen


Insgesamt ein schönes Hotel, allerdings erreichen Housekeeping und Service höchstens 1-2 Sterne - keinesfalls 4.

Schade.
