FAKE/NON EXISTENT/COPYRIGHT
Pros:

This hotel falsely advertised itself as a boutique hotel in the middle of Da Lat. We booked the most expensive room there. We couldn’t find the place, because Grab drivers didn’t know it existed- because it doesn’t! They pulled images from google from Swedish architectural firms and plush Australian hotels and it is NOT what the place is. They pretended like we didn’t have a reservation, didn’t offer us anything in the way of food or drinks (even though breakfast was included) our keycard didn’t work and a crowd of old Vietnamese ladies showed up and started shouting the next morning at 7am taking pictures. I thought they could be the owners. I reported this place immediately. AVOID.
