We find this hotel very comfortable and it meets all of our needs. My mother was visiting and she needs a handicapped room when possible as she uses a walker. Our room had the shower stool, a walk in shower and lots of handles so everything was easily accessible for her. The breakfast was excellent and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Beautiful hotel. This is our new go to hotel when visiting Casa Grande, AZ
The hot tub worked but the the timer kept shutting off before the time was up. We notified the front desk and they were very helpful about scheduling it to be repaired. Great staff here!
The bed was very comfortable and the the room was clean and nice.
My only concern is that they seemed to have used something to clean the room that left an odd smell behind. I just didn’t care for that odor.

Great stay and quiet
Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The hotel was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The room was cozy, and the beds were very comfortable — exactly what we needed after a long day on the road. We all slept well and woke up rested.
Breakfast was good overall. The omelet and potatoes were nice, but the meat served with them was spicy, and we couldn't eat it. On the other hand, the homemade yogurt was absolutely delicious and one of the highlights of breakfast.
A couple of things could be improved. Our reservation was for two adults and two children, but the bathroom had only one bottle of shampoo and two bottles of conditioner. It was difficult to understand how a family of four was expected to manage with those supplies.
Also, I find the practice of knocking on guest room doors shortly before checkout time a bit frustrating. Someone knocked at our door around 10:55 a.m. to ask whether we had already checked out. Checkout time had not yet passed, and it felt unnecessary and disruptive.
It was an over night stop on our way elsewhere. Perfectly comfortable, clean and new. Loved the Texas Roadhouse across the parking lot for dinner. Walkable and delicious, we were given a 10% off coupon which was nice.
It was more than we wanted to spend, but we always trust a Best Western on the road.

No real suite just a small divider in the middle of the room we travel with teenage children and usually prefer a suite with a separate room, only one elevator for the whole building is pretty inconvenient but doesn’t have a bearing or whether I will stay there again
Quiet, great restaurant across the street.
It was all good.
We liked how comfortable the bed and pillows were and we liked that they had a variety every morning of breakfast foods. We also like the espresso machine for coffee in the morning.
One extra chair would’ve been nice in the room
Breakfast was great! Lots of variety, food was fresh. Breakfast lady, Tina, was so friendly and helpful. One tiny criticism, only apples were offered for fresh fruit, but everything else was delicious. Room was pleasant and very clean
