Pros:

The loft is located with the same building as Alila and it's connected to LRT Bangsar (through 10 min walk) so it's pretty convenient. It has a mezzanine set up, so be careful for those traveling with children. The balcony overlooks a pretty skyline of KL. The bathroom is spacious, and it comes with a little kitchenette. It's a nice set up for 3 people to stay.

Cons:

Early check in did come with a cost. I mean, if it's vacant, just let the guests use it FOC. And it took quite some time to get the key from the lady.

The support I received the entire day I booked until my check out, made my stay a pleasant experience. The room was well maintained and cleanness was at top notch.
