Pros:

Location was good but hotel staff behaviour not good. I am saying towel house keeping staffs provide the towels but use towel and also cleaning not bed was dirty and front office staffs behaviour rude service was so slow but location great

Irresponsible booking there is no language for your organisation to say bathroom even khat visana bed sheet room 509 is not still changed or cleaning system is very rough.Actually we stay in my bound .

Only for Near By Railway Station

Cons:

When I booked the hotel he didn't show tell us the room in no AC when I reach he said your booking only for non AC room. He didn't accept his mistake and he said if you want AC room you have to pay ac charges it's almost 1185.
All conversation is done between me and reception manager.
Worst experience in have ever had.
Toilet is so dirty
Smelly Room.
I want my total amount back other wise I will complaint the Hotel in consumer forum.
