"P-poor service
Pros:

When I receive important expected msil so I can vacate.

Cons:

This place is a crap show.
NO HOT water.
People sleeping in the stairwell.
Exterior lights not working.
Junk vehicles on premise.
Lack of respect for residents privacy.

Upon arrival the room had a roach in it cigarettes in the window the renovations arent the rooms you get booked into its full of people who are hateful . My kids see a animal get hit in the parking area. Bad experience

Cons:

I shop my rate & make reservations then they get canceled so I have to pay more. This is unfair to me as a consumer. How does it help me to use booking if this is happening?
The lack of housekeeping services is not important to me. I prefer to not have strangers in my personal space around my belongings.

Pros:

I decided not to stay after taking a walk found rust on kitchen, bed was with dirt/mud it was smelling like cigarettes smoke, muggy, toilet was nasty/dirty. No soap, no shampoo/conditioner, towels were stained just like the bed sheets, broken furniture looks like they found in trash

The pictures on the Internet are nothing like the room that I encounter. The picture show upgraded rooms and when I got to the property they had none available. The carpet was worn, stretched and dirty there was rust all over the refrigerator and the counters were well worn. I was sent to the property across the street. After looking at 3 rooms I found one that I could tolerate. I checked out as soon as I could find someplace else to stay.

Pros:

When I walked in the room it reeked of mold, cigarettes, and weed. They offered a different room and it was in even worse condition. I was fairly confident of protecting myself from the guy pleasuring himself while standing in the middle of the parking lot and the other sketchiness, but I wasn’t going to stay in a place that could send me to the ER with asthma attacks. I cancelled my stay and went somewhere else. I appreciated the front desk person’s kindness and understanding, and I’m sorry they have to work around such conditions.
