I got screwed out of 60 dollars.

Cons:

The hotel screwed me out of 60 dollars because they turned my room key off and I had to pay twice to get out of the parking deck. I won't be back.

Terrible Experience -- Will Not Be Back

The showers have zero privacy. There's no door and there's a huge mirror. Beware if you're traveling with your family or friends. We were told at the front desk that a curtain would be brought to our room for shower privacy, which never happened. An hour before checkout time while I was in the shower and my son was asleep, housekeeping entered our room because we didn't respond to their knocking quickly enough. Humiliating! Also, the lady at the front desk took our room keys at checkout without telling us we needed one to exit the parking garage. I had to send my son back inside to get the key, and she had to finish filming her tiktok video before she would help him. I mentioned all of this to the manager, and all we got was an apology. We paid $500 for the worst hotel experience of my life. I usually like Marriott properties, but I would not recommend this particular one at all.

Terrible hotel and rude staff
Pros:

Terrible hotel to deal with. Stay away from this one. Front desk will ask you for your last name 10 times and even then will get it wrong. Noisy air conditioner and would argue to death everything is fine

I would not stay here again.
Pros:

The staff was always pleasant and helpful.

Cons:

For the cost of the stay the rooms should have been better. The pillows were uncomfortable and the furniture in the room as well. Some of the furniture appeared to be dirty. Also, the breakfast should be included.

Nice hotel but disappointing service and amenities.

The location and rooms were fantastic. New property, modern and well maintained.

Cons:

I paid for Breakfast and the hotel told me "Booking.com didnt pay us for it so you don't get it." The others in my party who booked via Bonvoy had to bring the items they selected to the front desk to ring up and if it exceeded $11, they had to pay for it. It was NOT continental breakfast--it was random prepackaged items like hardboiled eggs, yogurt or convenience snacks. This was subpar and unacceptable. I would also like the breakfast refunded.
