Needed to modify my stay . They never got back with told nothing but lies.

We liked the location but not the room or hotel itself.
Pros:

Hotel was in a good location. Restaurants and Truist park was walkable.

Cons:

Hotel was not clean. Horrible smell in the hallways, we had to hold our breath to get from our room to the elevator. Shower was not in a bathroom, it was out in the room which made it awkward for a family.

Generally mediocre, but fitting of the price I suppose.
Pros:

It was an unusually warm day in December, but the AC had a mind of its own. It wouldn't respond to us changing the temperature on the thermostat. It came on and off whenever it wanted.

Cons:

The air-conditioning in the room was terrible.
