Hotel Le Dome

Close to the train station and central with many restaurants and cafes nearby. Our room was a good size, comfortable and very quiet. Starting to show some wear. Everything was adequately clean except I felt the tiles in the bathroom shower were dirty, and the bathroom floor could have been cleaner. What was outstanding about this place was the lovely light haired woman who was so warm and friendly even though she did not speak much English. We were very grateful she accommodated a luggage issue we had.

When we arrived the main door locked. A sticky note on door informed us to call a number. Had to use WhatsApp. to call. Then difficult to communicate due to language barrier. Expensive breakfast. Rooms were a bit shabby and bedsheet had a tear in it. The area in front of hotel run down. The brochure picture was somewhat misleading.

This is a small hotel with a lot of character and large, clean comfortable rooms. For us it is a bit of a hidden gem.

Great parking. Nice room. Didn’t have the breakfast. Cool area.

Nobody in the hotel for the night and morning. No service. 3 stars rating is to much.

The hotel is in an excellent location close to the old town, less than 5 minute walk. It has good air con, unlike other hotels, staff were friendly, plenty of private parking.
The breakfast is a basic buffet breakfast which doesn’t change, so okay if only staying a couple of days. The wash basin was too shallow for washing in, so water went over the worktop area when washing, and on the floor. The toilet was away from the bathroom with no hand basin. Overall, a good stopping off point and for touring around the immediate area eg. WW1 sites, and Arras, which is an interesting town, so we would stay again.

Avoid this hotel if you want budget;
Also avoid this hotel if you want full service and willing to pay a premium;
You’ll basically pay a premium over similar rooms in the area yet get a B&B service without the B (only bed);
They even have limited check in hours and we arrived late, only to find our key card placed in a box which was clearly marked (anybody could grab the key and get in) which was a security risk for not just us but everyone in the hotel.
Parking costs a fortune as well as breakfast, both of which you’d have to pay separately on top of a premium room rate.

Property was close to the train station - 4 minute walk. Room was very nice. Good place for a short trip - stairs no elevator. Breakfast was ok.

Nous sommes restées une nuit et avons apprécié la chambre spacieuse et confortable, la gentillesse de nos hôtes et la qualité du petit déjeuner !

Hotel tres bien situé dans Arras, avec parking privé, très calme et bien décoré.
On peut tout faire à pied, c'est top !
Les chambres sont confortables avec une belle hauteur sous plafond.

I just stayed two days at the hotel with my wife and two older children. The location was fantastic and surprising quiet. It’s an older building with lots of character. The staff was very helpful. I wish we could have stayed longer.

l'hôtel est très bien situé et la déco très tendance et plutôt haut de gamme. Par contre la chambre n'est pas soignée niveau propreté et la qualité des petits déjeuners est très variable ( cela dépend de l'ouverture ou non de la boulangerie voisine). Le personnel que nous avons rencontré est très gentil mais manque de savoir faire et semble être des "femmes à tout faire" ( service, ménage, accueil, etc...)

Suite familiale très grande, deux pièces, une avec un grand lit, l'autre avec un bon canapé lit. Très bien pour trois à quatre perosnnes.

Excellente nuit passée dans cet etablissement dont le gerant, fort sympathique, se soucie du confort de ses clients : literie et linge de lit de qualité. Je recommande.

Chambre très confortable. Proche centre ville.
