Il voto va solamente allo staff che è la vera fortuna della struttura

Lo Staff che è la vera fortuna della struttura!!!
Costretto a lavorare in sotto numero (occorrerebbe almeno il doppio del personale per gestire la struttura).
La struttura va avanti solo perché i dipendenti danno l’anima basti pensare che il ristorante, vero fiore all’occhiello del resort per qualità del cibo ed esaltazione dello stesso, versa in palese penuria di personale, tant’è che ho visto il direttore della struttura mettersi a servire i gelati ai clienti in giacca e cravatta!
Nota di merito al responsabile reception Accursio, al bagnino Maurizio ma soprattutto al direttore Giampiero Marotta che con la sua elevata capacità di problem solving è riuscito a risolvere tutti i problemi che si sono verificati durante il soggiorno. Sono queste le persone che fanno la differenza in una struttura.

Cons:

La pulizia nelle camere ed in tutti i bagni della struttura lascia veramente a desiderare.

Il fatto che tutto il personale sia costretto a lavorare in minoranza cosa inammissibile in un resort a 4 stelle!!!

Il voto va allo staff e non alla proprietà!!!
Pros:

Lo Staff, le piscine, l’animazione Dario è un autentico fenomeno, bravissimo!!!
Le ragazze del Mini Club sono state dolcissime e molto coinvolgenti
Il direttore sig. Marotta è un autentico leader…
La cucina ed il mangiare è eccellente

Cons:

La pulizia nelle stanze, perché il personale era sottodimensionato, tant’è che non era presente nemmeno un servizio di monitoraggio della pulizia nei bagni di tutto il villaggio che risultano improponibili.

INACCETTABILE il fatto che la proprietà metta a disposizione della struttura solo la metà del personale che dovrebbe esserci!!!

- Ristorante a buffet buona qualita e varietà dei piatti durante tutto il soggiorno
- Location, circondata da tanto verde
- Piscina relax con idromassaggio
- Upgrade gratuito della camera grazie a prenotazione con booking.com

Cons:

- Pulizia un po da migliorare, copriletto macchiato, moquette dei corridoi con qualche macchia non bella da vedere
- Caffe a colazione solo da macchina automatica, non il massimo per noi italiani e nonostante all inclusive disponibile al bar della piscina solo dalle 10 in poi.
- Area giochi bambini dovrebbe essere un po piu curata

Pros:

Le diverse attività che si potevano fare in strutta, la pulizia eccezionale della camera e la possibilità di avere mare e piscina insieme nello stesso posto.

Cons:

Migliorerei il fattore “ luce ” nella zona del parco giochi per bambini, in quanto il piccolo la sera durante i balli di gruppo voleva andare un po’ a giocare ma era tutto al buio e non siamo potuti andare.

Cordialità del personale, camere nuove e pulite, posizione eccellente

Cons:

Cibo di scarsa qualità, all inclusive a tempo (dalle 10 alle 11, quindi non è possibile prendere un caffè al bar se ti svegli prima), mancanza di un bar e/o di un bagno in spiaggia

Guter Ort zum Abschalten!
Pros:

Sehr schöne, renovierte Zimmer. Weitläufige und gut gepflegte Anlage. Die Poolbar sowie der Shuttle zum Strand sind als positive Punkte hervorzuheben.

Cons:

Am ersten Abend gab es statt eines Buffets einen Themenabend - mit nur einem nominellen Hauptgericht. Dies war nicht für alle hinsichtlich Geschmack und Portionsgröße geeignet. Für Vegetarier gab es hier erst auf Nachfrage eine Option.
Es könnten noch mehr Freizeitaktivitäten angeboten werden, z.B. Billard, Tischfußball.
