Pros:

The easy check in and the room was clean; the breakfast was good also.

Cons:

The noise from the other hotel rooms show door make a loud noise when they close the door, maybe some type of dampener to soften the sound would be nice. That doesn't happen a lot but will wake you up at night.

I will be staying here again. I even signed up for Marriott rewards membership
Pros:

Great breakfast. Very clean, everywhere. I never looked out the window haha. Staff was super friendly.

Cons:

We were in a handicap room and the bed was so low I needed helped to get up.

I would give our stay a 9 out of 10.
Pros:

I liked that the the property was located around restaurants and retail spaces. It was very clean. Rachel checked us in and was wonderful! I love the warmth that her and the other staff gave us. The breakfast had a lot of options. Coffee, iced lemon water, and refrigerated items were available for us to enjoy at all times throughout our stay.

Cons:

The only downside to our visit was that our trash was never changed. I would have like new wash cloths and towels too but I know that the hotel was promoting reusing them so I didn’t ask.

Check in was awful
Pros:

Close to where we needed to be. Rooms are a good size and breakfast was good.

Cons:

We booked through booking.com. Our initial check in clerk was super nice. But the manager that had to come down to fix the issue with booking.com was the worst we have even encountered. He came down in pj's pants and a robe and told us he could not help even after talking to the booking agent. Didn't get all the info and still after an hour and half would not put us in a room. Another female manager had to be called to then simply press a button and we had room keys.

Disappointed
Pros:

Location , near my family .

Cons:

Fireplace (once again) not on during a snowy/blustery weekend. One reason I choose this location even though it's exponentially more expensive is to have quiet tome/ conversation by the fireplace.
Also, the front desk attendant was consistently absent. I had to call
The landline as I waited for at least 10 minutes to check in & no one was at desk. I finally called the phone to het her to to the front.
Same at checkout, no one there

No WiFi overcharge?
Pros:

Clean, well kept

Cons:

Could not get WiFi signal (consumer cellular). Also pending visa bill is $497 whereas bill should be $447. Hopefully actual charge will be $447.
