Room was clean and quiet. Staffing at front desk was friendly, didn’t see any house keeping. Stay was nice just the hall

Cons:

We stayed for 4 days, hallways were never vacuumed. Dried mud, trash and feathers on carpet never vacuumed, was there since we arrived. Never saw any house keeping cleaning, only outside sitting in cars smoking. Also the pool area floors were nasty with, hair and trash. If this was clean I would give a 10.

Close to Appalachian Trail
Pros:

This was a great location for us as it was close to highway and close to our hike on the Appalachian Trail. The staff were some of the friendliest hotel staff we have ever encountered! Clean! Great breakfast options! Great WiFi! We will stay again!

Pros:

The easy check in and the room was clean; the breakfast was good also.

Cons:

The noise from the other hotel rooms show door make a loud noise when they close the door, maybe some type of dampener to soften the sound would be nice. That doesn't happen a lot but will wake you up at night.

Pros:

Great breakfast. Very clean, everywhere. I never looked out the window haha. Staff was super friendly.

Cons:

We were in a handicap room and the bed was so low I needed helped to get up.
