The mattress quality is terrible.
Pros:

The location is excellent, staff are very kind, breakfast is good, what you expect from a hotel, the room was very clean, towels and sheets clean without stains, bath amenities great.

Cons:

The only reason it’s not a 10 for me is the quality of the mattresses, they are really horrible. Me, my husband and my daughter can’t have a good night’s sleep because the mattress is too cheap, if you sit on the tip the whole mattress goes to the side you sat, when you lie down they sink, and really horrible.
I slept one at the hotel and that mattress wasn’t worth it at all.

Pros:

I loved everything about the property, especially the front desk associates Brooke, Nick, and Adylin were great!!

They were very hospitable make sure I understand everything that was going on within my rates and provided everything I needed.

Cons:

Honestly, there’s nothing I couldn’t say I did not like about the property

The staff was so welcoming. It was nice to walk into a hotel and the staff to greet you with a smile always!!

Mal atendimento e falta de respeito
Pros:

Foi ok, porém somente após exigir que o quarto tivesse as 2 camas conforme o que havia reservado. Tenho 2 crianças e essa necessidade das camas seria importante e a recepção não queria disponibilizar e ai fomos muito mal atendidos

Cons:

Atendimento muito ruim e chegaram a ser desrespeitosos comigo e minha esposa.

I would try the hotel again.
Pros:

The location was outstanding because it was walkable to places of interest. The breakfast added to the value. My family enjoyed the stay also.

Cons:

The pullout sofa was stained with urine. We wanted to use the pullout sofa but were not able to due to the condition which was a big inconvenience for my younger son.

Manager Jamal was very welcoming and his staff made our stay very amazing.
Pros:

The customer service and the location of the hotel . The manager Jamal was amazing. The bartender was awesome . And everyone at check in and check out was so nice and helpful

Cons:

Walking back and worth for the parking garage .
