El hotel queda en un buen sector.
La limpieza de la habitación es muy mala, no barren ni limpian, apenas cambian toalla y arreglan la cama. Durante 5 días me dejaron los vasos y tazas sucias. Un día se les olvidó hacer aseo y cuando reclame se molestaron.El personal no es tan agradable para atender. El desayuno le falta variedad todos los días es lo mismo.

I left a sentimental value item in the room, and noticed only 2 hours after leaving. I called the Front Office and the person answering said he would ask the Housekeeping people and call me back. No one ever called…

Upon booking... There was a statement about complimentary parking in a deck across from the hotel.. when I arrived I was informed that the complimentary parking ended in June.. I could no longer park in that deck for free..I had to park in the hotel parking which was 18$ a night... The front desk said that that was misinformation and that I had to pay the fee or risk being towed... That was very disappointing and misleading..had I known I would have chosen a different hotel😑
This property is always beautiful. It is exceptionally clean and I feel very safe when staying there as a solo traveler. The location cannot be beat and I will stay there again.
