Pros:

Nice hotel, fairly central, still need uber or taxi to get to the square. But decent overall.

Cons:

The "hot" breakfast was all cold. Service was very slow.

The atmosphere and the hygiene , But not alot very disappointed guys🥲

Cons:

- Aircon was absolutely terrible and couldn’t control temperature
- Restaurant being so busy and weren’t able to facilitate all of the guest. Whats the use of paying for breakfast then?!
- We called for water because of being dehydrated by the aircon that didn’t work and never even got water!!!???

Ambiance
Pros:

The reception area looks so much welcoming with staff doing their best to make guests welcome. The issue with the corridors is they are all decorated and painted with darker colors which does the opposite in welcoming guests according to my view. There is need to redo them to lighter colors which projects a more welcoming color. The rooms are very clean but slightly smaller in terms of room space. The beds were very comfortable.

Pros:

The overall experience was satisfactory, but could have been better . With all that said, I will recommend the hotel to my friends and family.

Good stay
Pros:

The breakfast was the highlight of my stay, it was really good. The staff is great and really friendly and the hotel itself looks great.

Cons:

It's currently winter, and we were told the room has no warm aircon. It was so cold. We were given a blanket, making it warm in bed, but I just never looked forward to going back to the room because it was so cold.
