Pros:

The hotel is nice and clean and the staff is so AMAZING!!! Close proximity to the mall was an added bonus, it was a 5 minute walk and that was so convenient and also meant we could come and go at any time without having to worry about getting an Uber

Cons:

I didn't really get the setup of having the sink inside the room instead of the bathroom and having the coffee machine in the hallway instead of just having kettles in the rooms because now you have to get dressed and walk all the way out to the hallway just to get a cup of tea. But everything else was fantastic

We love Hotel Sky and will return again and again!
Pros:

The hotel is gorgeous and huge, with multiple restaurants, a spa, a pool, an underground car park, etc. The staff were all helpful and polite. We loved the bright, vivid wall coverings, furnishings, and lighting. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The restaurant and bar were amazing. Walking distance to Mandela Square and Sandton Mall. We have stayed twice now and will continue to stay there in future Jo'burg visits.

Cons:

The room was on the small side, but ample. The app for making calls and such was difficult to get working right. Not sure whether it was the app or the front desk, but sometimes when we called, no one picked up. One of the hallway espresso machines was broken.

Pros:

The staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was clean

Cons:

Coffee didn't work the next morning. No blanket in winter and the duvet was thin. The Eclipse Restaurant was the biggest let down!!!

Disappointed Clients
Pros:

The hotel set up and their breakfast

Cons:

1.The cleaning staff were rude.
2. The rooms are painfully small and clustered
3.There is no movement around the bed as it touches the wall. My partner has a back operation and sleeps on one side which was in the front and I have knee operation and I had to sleep behind him so getting out of bed was a painful exercise for me.
4. There is no.washbasin in the bathroom because the bathroom is small and clusters
5. There is no wardrobe except a small cubicle

That was a total waste of money and was not worth it at all
