Pros:

Breakfast and the time (until 11am). General occupancy was busier than expected, but did not interfere (e.g.: no excessive noise, etc.). Coffee machines in the passages new to me, but did not mind it at all. Great quality coffee! Smaller rooms a bit tight though - not a fan (could be ok if travelling on business). But appreciated the fast service for an upgrade to a slightly larger room with a reasonable extra cost for the 2 nights (2pax). All staff were super friendly and very helpful. Check out was quick and easy. Parking was managed well and assisted in feeling safe. Was worried before check-in that I had a booking through Booking.com (phone calls to confirm before hand weren't ging thru) - but all worked out well - front desk staff super professional, friendly and accommodating). Your virtual engagement with the guest is new - something unexpected, but thought it was quite cool!

Cons:

Disappointed that arrangements for the 11pm springboks game on Saturday evening wasn't confirmed for patron viewing on arrival - watched it in the room. If it was aired, it wasn't communicated - although I admit I didn't check up with reception again (but would've thought that by check-in on Friday afternoon that would've been known?).

Pros:

Friendly staff & good enough breakfast.

Cons:

Very small room for the price paid. Dinner options at the hotel weren’t great and didn’t seem safe enough to walk to nearby restaurants alone despite proximity to the hotel.

Cons:

- we have been going for a few years and this time was seriously disappointing. They put us in a room without a window, there were no shampoo and other things in the room, the coffee machine on our floor was not working and the worst was having supper the evening, with hardly anyone in the restaurant, they continued to change our order and it took 1 and a half hours to get to us. Then the waitress added a 50% tip to the bill. Unacceptable
