Very unhygienic. Found hair on the bed under the cover sheet in Room 302. Asked them to refund my
3 nights payment as I can’t put myself sleeping in that bed. They refused saying that they have paid the money to booking.com (though I have just made the payment when I checked in 5 minutes before). I asked for another room hoping that the next room won’t have the same issue, only to find out that this time the hair was a female hair, a long one. I found it under the blanket. I also can see lots of yellowish stains all over the bed sheet and the cover sheet. Yuckkk!! I checked out of the hotel straight away and told them that I will report this back to booking.com and will do a review based on my experience.
