Would have loved a breakfast option but there is a cafe 3 minutes from the door

Health and safety hazards everywhere .
Don’t book if you have children with you especially !! they will end up poorly dusty and mouldy sleeping conditions .
Only book if you’re truly stuck for a bed if not sleep in your car !
Clean room
The heating didn't work and I couldn't plug the heater in to the mains, it was cold in the room, also there wasn't anyone on site I could speak to I had to go through the clever to speak to the manager. Need someone on site. I was put up on top floor I've got physical health issues which didn't help and no one around to speak to. Communication not good from staff.

I like it here, it's comfortable
I had a really bad experience from the start as the electronic door lock was broken so could not gain entry after 20-25mins we managed to gain access, all though the beds sheets, duvet covers and pillow cases were clean they had what looks like curry stains on them, there was a dirty sock on top of the wardrobe, there was dirty marks, cracks and holes in the walls, the floor had gaps in, the kettle didn’t boil at all so no hot drinks, the plastic window sill cover was loose and broken also the curtains had stains and marks

Yes I know it was cheap but still no excuses
Where to start the place yes maybe tired but it's no excuse for it to be dirty, there we're exposed wired in the bathroom, the light kept going off in the bathroom so just didn't use the light in the end. There was even tissue paper on the ceiling, I dread to think what was holding it up there.
There was no TV as this want working, I asked the gentleman on the desk to look at it and he could t fix it

Very loud occupants and an extremey loud child who was allowed to scream and cry for very long periods
