Pros:

We loved that we had a track side room even though it's not the racing season.

Cons:

Great shower but came through the seal on the bottom of the door.

OK but would never dine there (apart from breakfast which certainly reflects price paid and grade of hotel)

Location- perfect whilst working at SCL
Chef at breakfast - amazing guy, accommodating to dietary needs with no question and best omelettes ever - top guy - thank you

Cons:

Evening Food Menu - rubbish and then to add to the insult a service charge is added !

Menu is limited even without dietary needs !

Housekeeping knocking our door twice at 9am Sunday morning, I understand the turn around but it was no where near check out time, and was looking forwards to a lie in after full 8 days working and a long day on the Saturday

Pros:

We stay here every year
Rooms are only ok and quite pricey for what they are but it’s a great location when you are racing at Silverstone
Reception staff are very helpful and pleasant

Cons:

The bar and restaurant staff seem to get worse every year
It is the worst and one of the most expensive hotel bars I’ve been in

Could not connect to the WiFi and the toilet in the breakfast area did not smell good at all.
No remote for the TV in the room.
