Room wasn’t clean sofa bed still made up in the suite with used bedding was all messy, shower was very dirty and wasn’t cleaned

A nice time
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent, plenty of variety, and the staff were friendly. A nice touch was sitting outside on the balcony for breakfast.

Cons:

I enjoyed the stay and can't think of how it could be improved; I will book again on the next trip up to Silverstone and probably extend my stay.

Dream come true to stay at Silverstone track
Pros:

we had a great stay, and even got complimentary breakfast. Housekeeping lady was very courteous and excellent. Track side balcony was fantastic and we even got view of Track day bike racing. It was dream come true. Spacious car parks. everything was smooth from check in to check out. They even gave us an extra hour to check out at 12.

poor, wouldn't recommend
Pros:

The race track and location of the hotel. The building itself was good, the food was and service dreadful, could be so much better.

Cons:

Restaurant food was poor quality and over priced. The breakfast was the worst I've ever had at any hotel. The restaurant service was very poor, as bad as I have experienced at any food establishment.

Enjoyed every minute!!!
Pros:

Location next to the new karting track. Staff were brilliant. Very clean. Within walking distance the Silverstone museum is BRILLIANT!!!

Cons:

Din't like the open bathroom arrangement in the room. No privacy if you are sharing with a friend.

Pros:

Location and room comfort were great.

Cons:

No water at all on day one, and only cold on day 2.

Canned water and a drink voucher were given which was ok, but not too replace a shower.

25% refund was paltry.
