The check and parking process was fast and east. The trackview room was brilliant and a fantastic added bonus there was track day action taking place both days. The room was fantastic and clean, very comfortable, large bed. The dinner and the box bar and grill was good and the breakfast was very nice. A great place to stay if you have activities booked such as silverstone hotel or driving experiences booked.
The roof top bar was nice, However, busy with long queue to be served. The seating was also limited in comparison to down stairs bars next to the restraunt.
The location is right next to the track abd overl looking the pits which is fun if you are a car lover. the bed was super comfortable. Early check in was great.
The bathroom configuration was a bit hard when staying with family in the same room.

Poor quality overpriced food. One meal was overcooked and inedible and there was an automatic service charge on the bill for a poor meal
Great stay, of course views of the circuit for breakfast, the choices of food is fab and friendly. Room well designed and enjoyed separate toilet shower rooms.

I cannot fault the staff. Highly professional, welcoming and nothing was too much for them.
The room was nice and clean and the bed was so comfortable!
Unfortunately we were woken up by an extremely loud bathroom extractor fan which could not be turned off. Maintenance tried to help and managed to reduced the noise a little bit but instead we were left with noise and a screech.
So disappointed as we were looking forward to finally having a lie in and this couldn't happen once the fan started.
Extremely helpful staff throughout. Simple but very adequate rooms. very good dining / Breakfast. I hope to return one day

Incredible location - my husband & son were in awe! For any F1 fans, it’s very cool hearing the cars while walking through the corridors, and seeing the track from the hotel

Price of breakfast was a joke, staff at evening meal were bordering on rude - very blunt.

Poor staffing in the restaurant (not enough), small menu - ok to start with - BUT hasn’t changed (used to go a lot/just for lunch - stopped now). Rooms great but with lots of glass they need to be cleaned, outside balcony dirty smear marks.
Great stay during car fest on Sunday
It had some sort of grime in the shower which we reported to the staff
