This is a great location for a family stay.
Pros:

This seems to be a newer facility. Great location less than 10 minutes away from UNC. There’s also easy access to local restaurants and shops. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. There is some construction behind the hotel, but there’s not an unreasonable amount of noise. Will definitely visit again.

Cons:

The breakfast wasn’t the best, but it was still decent.

Very good accomodations and " very yummy and delicious breakfast, especially the grits.
Pros:

The Assistant Manager, Ezra, was "Excellent" in delivering guest service! He exceeded my expectations and was very informative in sharing "anecdotes" about the area. He was providing "extra coverage" by filling in 3 nights in a row for an absent overnight auditor; however, it was amazing that he provided such quality while having to shift to cover overnights!

Cons:

The curtains could have provided less light!
