Really enjoyed the value for the room. The breaks was nice, as was the decor.

Cons:

Only complaint was the fact that you could hear everything your neighbor was doing....walking, opening/closing their blinds, etc. My girlfriend mentioned that, and I have to agree with her.

The breakfast and location were great. The room size was small. The housekeeper did not make our bed even after we tipped her $10. That was disappointing.

Disappointed stay at TRU by Hilton
Pros:

The greeting on the TV was nice and the air conditioner was awesome, really put out cold air! The bed was pretty good.

Cons:

We were charged for and booked for a second room the night we stayed, Aug 9th to Aug 10th. Not sure how it happened and I was told they couldn't do anything about it. That I would have to contact them to have it corrected. I have yet to get the charges removed! The other problem was someone running up and down the hallways over and over we finally turned the TV loud enough making it harder to hear him.

The welcome added to the TV was a surprise. told me that we had been booked for 2 rooms for the night of the 9th of August that was done by booking.com. And I had been charged for 2 King size rooms for that 9th night of August by booking.com, and listed by confirmation #3512493758
