Staff were all very lovely and helpful
Bright white lights in rooms, no lamps, beside charging, robes or other basic guest comforts. Small thin towels, charge 500 yen for extra towels, charge 100y for extra coffee pod, charges for everything, felt money grabbing and impersonal compared to other apartments we stayed in Japan. Not good value. Room photos misleading, room was very small with wasted space behind bed. No room to open suitcases except on bed. Felt clinical and not cosy at all. Pillows were good. Staff were all excellent, kind and helpful, no problems there. Considering this cost more than other apartments starting with M that are much bigger and nicer, I couldn't recommend nor stay again.
No breakfast. Location is "ok" by Tokyo standards but not amazing. Checkin and checkout were fast and efficient. Happy hour was pleasant. Bed was comfortable.
It was good. Not much to complain about. If I was furnishing the room for my own needs, I'd pick different furniture to conceivably make better use of space.
This is my second stay at this hotel, and I still think it's fantastic.
This was my 2/3 time staying at this hotel and I love it just as much as I did when I first came! The room, location, and staff was amazing and I enjoyed my time like always!
Friendly staff, very accomodating.
Nothing?
Most space you’ll get in a hotel in the area for the price. All the amenities of a standard hotel with luxury of having your own apartment. Would recommend for long stays. Very comfortable and quickly starts to feel like home. All the appliances you need plus cookware, towels, washer/dryer and amenities at front desk. Around the corner from Hibiya line at Hatchōbori station
No complaints, staff were friendly and helpful. Front desk will hold luggage if needed and you can extend checkout time by a few hours for 1000 yen after the first hour
The space is exactly what we needed and only a 5 minute walk to the nearest subway station. Useful having a washing machine and iron.
Nothing!
It was great to have the space of a mini apartment in the middle of Tokyo, within easy reach of Metro stations that connect anywhere. Compared to other hotel rooms there's enough space to breathe. The option to cook (or in oir case: heat up) food and eat at a table in our room was very useful. (Convenience store food is quite good in Japan, we had fun trying many things.) They have free umbrellas to take along for the day and free coffee in the lobby. The staff are super nice and helpful.
Great location, super friendly and attentive staff! Always greeted us and asked if we needed help with anything around the area. Hands down one of the better hotels we ever stayed at!
Elevator was a little tight but what can you expect for Japan!
