Hôtel très bien situé.
Salle de sport très bien équipée et très agréable.
Personnel agréable. Cependant, ils appellent tous les matins dans la chambre sans relâche jusqu’à ce que vous décrochiez, simplement pour savoir si vous souhaitez le petit-déjeuner — à la longue, c’est agaçant. Ils laissent sonner le téléphone très longtemps, comme s’il s’agissait d’une urgence absolue.

Very good experience. Good staff. Food was superb. Also liked the rooms, quite neat. Desmond the butler was effective friendly and hospitable. Joelle the Guest experience personnel escorted me the local supermarket and was very sweet and perfect.

This hotel by far was absolutely one of the best choices we made during our visit to Ghana. The hotel has beautifully decorated hotel rooms. If you’re visiting Ghana this is definitely the hotel you want to pick.

Great breakfast. Me and my wife had a great time. We will be back very soon. The atmosphere was very nice and the interior decorations are out of this world. We were very impressed. The rooms were very spacious and have everything you would need. The bathroom was also very clean with two big fresh towels. Annabelle was very nice very attentive and very professional also very very pleasant to deal with. Thanks and we will soon be back.

The rooms were cozy and felt like home. It’s truly a beautiful place to stay, and the staff are exceptionally friendly, respectful, and always willing to help. I would gladly return anytime.

When we arrived we found that our shower head was broken and even at about 10pm it was promptly changed.
Our sleep was restful, peaceful and fun. The kids really enjoyed the pool.

It’s expensive but if you can afford to try - the stay is wonderful.

The hotel is clean, tidy, quiet and with friendly staff.

Beautiful hotel right near everything. We can walk to great restaurants (Capitol, Bosphorus), grocery, nail salon, farmers market, etc. Rooms are like apartments- no bait and switch- they look like they do online: living/dining area, full kitchen, large BR w king sized bed and bath. And they are very clean.

Beautiful roof top to lounge in and breakfast every day was delicious. We didn’t eat dinner her though, for no reason other we didn’t get to it.

And the staff is the best part. EVERYONE was so kind and courteous. I don’t want to give names because I don’t want to miss anyone. You get a chance to know them all because they are very present and ready to help.

18 of us stayed here on Cultural exchange with our church and all 18 of us would stay here again when we come back.

The room was beautiful, exquisitely designed with a full kitchen and the staff was hospitable. A butler Derek was especially kind and attentive.

The hotel breakfast was hearty and delicious featuring home and local favorites.

One of my favorite features was the rooftop garden and restaurant.

Grate service, everyone was very attentive, responsive Check in process was quick Collins and Anabel did amazing with the check in, Desmond and Derrick was very awesome not forgetting the male chef. Definitely coming back.

I take my hotel stays seriously, and my two-night experience at Belair Crest has, for the first time, made me reconsider my usual preferences. As a platinum-level traveler, I’ve come to expect a certain standard and Belair Crest exceeded it. The atmosphere was serene, and the facilities were impeccably maintained and luxurious, just as Anabel had described. My visit was both relaxing and enjoyable.

I’d especially like to commend Anabel at the reception, she was incredibly attentive, professional, and welcoming throughout my stay. Her warm demeanor and eagerness to assist made a lasting impression. When she asked for a review, I said “absolutely,” because her service, along with the entire team’s, was truly excellent.
