I wouldn’t never come back to this hotel

In general the hotel pretty dirty from the lift to hallway. Dirty Pillows, worn towels .
The girl at the reception unfriendly, lack of listening skills. Not good value for the money .

I think it’s fine to stay here if you need a cheap place to stay, but it’s lacking care
Pros:

- basic breakfast

Cons:

- new ownership but they have not updated the rooms , still old furniture , old hotel leaflets and stickers in the room
- room dirty and falling apart , shower doesn’t work and towel rack fell off

Pros:

For what you pay, i guess its standard. However, our room was dirty as well as corridor and stairwell. The staff dont acknowledge you at all, even look the other way. The bed was comfortable and the air-conditioning was good.

Cozy hotel and friendly staff
Pros:

If your in a budget but looking for a clean and cozy place to sleep and stay in hcm, stay in this hotel. From the security who help me with my luggage to the receptionist who is very accommodating, this hotel provide very friendly service. The location was very strategic as it has a lot of restaurants or shops to choose from.

Dirty rooms and untrustworthy front desk
Pros:

Please stay away from this hotel. Room was filthy. Half the lights inside the room did not work. Bathroom was dirty. Pillow had stains on it. They give you water inside a refillable glass bottle. I'm gonna safely assume they dont clean it if room was full of ants and dirty walls and furniture. Only one of two lights in the bathroom was working. Wife and I couldn't even sleep because of how much of a nightmare the room was. We arrived midnight and asked the front desk for extra towel. He said he would bring it right up. Never did! And we canceled our reservation in the morning. They promised to refund us but refused to give us a confirmation letter showing we canceled.

We only booked the hotel for its cheap price. Review on Agoda said the rooms were great but another review on Booking.com said it was filthy. So I guess you get what you pay for and to trust the bad reviews on Booking.com lol. Couldn't contact Agoda while at Vietnam so it was impossible to cancel through them.

So front desk is untrustworthy. Room is filthy. Please stay away.

Wonderful stay
Pros:

I spent my 2 nights here on my business trip. The staff is nice and helpful. They gave me several suggestions for where to eat and where to visit. Will come back and suggest my friend and family. Nice hotel

Highly recommend!
Pros:

Its position is in the center of Saigon, super convenient for me to travel to many tourist attractions in Ho Chi Minh City. The room is cozy and lovely decorated. Self-check-in is amazing and the staff was also helpful and friendly.

Fantastic
Pros:

Great hotel close to the action in D1. Room rate was cheap and received a free upgrade. I really like the room decor...modern and sleek. Staff were very attentive and I look forward to a return visit. First class all round.
