Registration process in and out is 100 pct digital and arriving I. The dark, the digital key process is not confidence inducing.

Het nachtlawaai was inderdaad aanwezig. Maar dit wisten wij op voorhand. Het hotel had oordopjes voorzien

Mooie stijlvolle kamer, maar door te veel minpunten niet een echt aanrader helaas.

Mooi ingericht, ruime kamer

Cons:

Wc deur was vies, in theeglazen zat aanslag, dus niet schoon, informatieboekje was oud en niet meer up to date. Erg gehorig. Uitleg over gereserveerde parkeerplaats kreeg ik pas na betaling, was onduidelijk hoe het precies werkte.

God beliggenhed, men dårlig søvn, lugt af mados og larm fra restaurant.

Værelset var fint, og beliggenheden super

Cons:

Hotellet ligger lige ovenpå en indisk restaurant. Det betød 1) der lugtede af mados - og det sneg sig også ind på værelset. 2) det larmede- en ting var gæsterne, men især personalet larmede da de skulle lukke ned (23-00 cirka). Derudover lugtede der er cigaretrøg på værelset sent om aftenen - jeg ved ikke om det kom fra andre hotelgæster eller restauranten nedenunder.

Der var ok lydisolering ud til baggården, men dårlig inde på selve hotellet. Det betød jeg vågnede flere gange midt om natten, fordi gæster larmede på trapper med baggage, snakkede højlydt osv. Bedre lydisolering er altså nødvendig.

På trods af, at jeg sov med ørepropper.

Derudover virkede online check in ikke. Og der var intet personale overhovedet, så man var afhængig af, at se svarede online, hvilket der typisk gik flere timer indtil.


Der var rigtig dårlig belysning på værelset, så der var ret mørkt selvom alt lys var tændt.

Mooi hotel op een mooie locatie
Pros:

De ligging en de inrichting van de kamer was perfect. Fijne bedden.

Cons:

Jammer dat er geen koelkast op de kamer aanwezig was, aangezien de horeca bij het hotel gesloten was.
Op Booking.com staat wijn/ champagne voor de gasten......niet gezien😉

Pros:

Lovely light room, large comfortable bed. Good sized bathroom, great touch with the Rituals products

The noise was slightly annoying but it is what it is. Wasn’t too bad and expected as such from prior research

De locatie is perfect. Het bed was lekker. Het was ook heerlijk schoon.

the location. Very central

Cons:

The towels were changed on the first day of a three-day stay. Other than that, the room wasn't touched. No replacement coffee pods, bin not emptied, no clean crockery. The first night we got back at about 22:20 and the outer door was locked - we didn't have a key. Fortunately, someone answered our knocking after a couple of minutes. Very steep stairs (but typically Dutch, to be fair). Room was over bar and restaurant, with a stairwell having no sound insulation.

Pros:

Hele mooie kamer met prachtig uitzicht op het plein. Een gezellig Indonesisch restaurant op de begane grond met leuke cocktailbar. Wij komen zeker terug

Amazing location, good size for the room. No reception on site but staff were easily reachable and very helpful.

A little noisy due to the restaurant/bar downstairs but earplugs were provided at the beginning of our stay.
