Pros:

The hotel was lovely, clean, and well-maintained. The reception staff were very kind, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. We also really enjoyed the breakfast—it was very generous, with plenty of delicious choices. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would happily stay here again!

Café da manhã é ok, porém a área de café é muito pequena e um dia tive que aguardar pessoas saírem para poder me sentar.

Cons:

quarto pequeno, cheio ruim. O atendimento da recepção não é dos mais simpáticos. Não há estacionamento e tive bens furtados dentro do meu quarto.

Kedves személyzet, finom a reggeli.

Cons:

A belvárostól nagyon távol eső hotel, ami pl vasárnap 1,5 óra tömegközlekedést jelentetett, a taxi pedig 30-40 euro. A szobánkban az ágy mögött egy rovar család tanyázott, így szoba cserét kértünk, amit egyébként flottul megoldottak. Az utcai frontra nyíló szobák nagyon zajosak, minden felhallatszik, ami az utcán történik, pl az éjjel-nappal dudáló autók hangja.

I left asking for a refund and I wasn’t the only one breakfast was poor didn’t like eating olives for breakfast

Nagyszerű ár-érték arányú szálloda kényelmes, jól felszerelt szobákkal és bőséges reggelivel.
Pros:

A szálloda jól felszerelt, tiszta, légkondicionált szobákkal rendelkezik. A fürdőszoba felszereltsége is minden szempontból kielégítő; szappan, tusfürdő és törülköző napi szinten kerül cserélésre.

A lakórészbe a recepcióról egy hangulatos átriumon keresztül lehet eljutni; a felsőbb szintekre való feljutást üveglift könnyíti meg. A hátsó udvarra néző szobák saját privát balkonnal rendelkeznek, ám ülőalkalmatosság nem található sem kint, sem bent a szobában.

Az étteremben bőséges választékú reggelit szolgálnak fel, melyet reggel 7 óra és 10 óra között lehet elfogyasztani.

A személyzet kedves, angolul kitűnően beszélnek.

Cons:

A szálláshely Nápoly egy külvárosi részén található, ennek megfelelően az összeköttetése a városközponttal nem tökéletes. Menetrendszerinti buszjáratok nagyjából félóránként közlekednek mindkét irányban (az R5 jelzésű busz), ám a pontosságuk meglehetősen forgalomfüggő. Érdemes belekalkulálni egy nagyjából egyórás utazást a központba a programok szervezésekor. Pozitívum, hogy a buszmegálló körülbelül 50 méterre található a szállodától.

A fürdőszobában elhelyeztek egy vészjelző zsinórt, amit akaratlanul is egészen könnyen be lehet rántani. Ennek megtörténtekor egy zavaró csipogó hang hallatszik a szoba bejárati ajtajának zárjából, amit csak a személyzet közreműködésével lehet kikapcsolni.

Ótimo pequeno almoço com uma funcionária muito atenciosa e simpática.

Cons:

Funcionário da receção pouco simpático.
Falta de estacionamento privado do hotel. Tivemos que ir estacionar a poucos metros do hotel, num parque privado (gerido por privados??!!) que nos cobraram 20€ por cerca de 16 H, e mais 1€, por termos retirado o carro depois das 10h (às 11h)! Estacionamentos em Nápoles 👎

The room was beautiful and very comfortable.

Cons:

The location isn't great for tourists and we found the local people were not very accommodating when we wanted to go for something to eat. Some were actually extremely rude.
