Cons:

Horrible experience at this hotel. I have never seen such rude staff. We were yelled at, insulted as well as threatened during our very short stay here. Never felt so unsafe at any hotel.
The hotel staff was extremely rude, unwilling to listen our prior conversation with previous hotel staff. Infact he kept on yelling at us. Infact he threatened to call police on us just because we confronted him that he cannot speak in this way to us. Please do not stay here if you want your peace of mind.

Pros:

Le camere perfetti pulite asciugamani, pulite non manca niente. Quella che mi è piaciuto che nel frigorifero si trovava di tutto se uno ha necessità di urgenza di acqua di qualche bibita.

Krásný hotel v blízkosti letiště, pohodlné čisté postele, příjemný personál, klimatizace na pokoji velmi tichá, fantastické snídaně. Byla jsem velice spokojená.

Cons:

Na výlety do historického centra města je to daleko, doporučuji taxi.

A great place to stay a night in Naples before you go to the airport.
Pros:

The hotel (in my opinion) is the best hotel in Naples! My family of 4 felt really safe and comfortable at this hotel. Gabriel was very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and gave us good recommendations for a pizza place close by. It’s fantastic for a night before you have to go to the airport

Cons:

The rooms that face the street are pretty noisy in the evening.

Tuve una experiencia excelente en este hotel.
Me alojé solo por una noche. Se destaca la atención y calidez del personal: siempre amables y atentos La limpieza es impecable en todas las áreas del hotel, algo que se valora muchísimo.

La ubicación también es muy conveniente, ideal tanto para descansar como para moverse por la zona. Y el desayuno es simplemente fabuloso: variado, fresco y de muy buena calidad, perfecto para empezar el día con energía.
